Actually, if one does knuckle push-ups, the fist is much stronger and the method of striking, with the first two knuckles, concentrates the force, making it a very solid and powerful breaking force. A straight-in fist in the eye; side of the jaw where the mandible is hinged or just a short punch to the opponants hand is enough to distract them for a follow up punch or kick.

That would imply getting that much closer to the opponant. Try instead, to side kick knee caps, shins, groins etc... or punch hands, forearms as they are the most vulnerable points on boxers and most street fighters are head hunters who grapple when in close.

NEVER stand solid! Keep moving and dance around but like a cat. This allows you to shift balance for kicks or for quick moves in close for a devastating punch and it keeps your opponant off guard.

Other options are forehead butts to the bridge of the nose or if possible, finger gouges to the eyes, thumbs to the mandibular nerve, biting the nose off and lips.

The key word here is POWER. The liver is protected by stomach muscles and a partial rib. Kidneys are good targets when the opponant has been bent over due to a hit in the solar plexus or a shot to the nasty bits. If you want to do serious damage to internal organs, practice the kite hand, which is the hand is held flat and the fingers all close together. Practice stabbing the hand into sand, then rock salt, then pea gravel, the ultimately hot sand. This toughens the skin and forms callous on the finger tips and calcifies the bones.

Not in Germany. The pepper spray I have is legal in France, where I bought it, but not here, thus classified as a lethal weapon subject to a felony class punishment, whereas the flashlight is legal to be frisked with. Sorry bro, but a lot of this is bullshit. There's a good reason some MMA circuits only allow open-hand strikes, and it's not because they hurt more.
Popping the eardrum is next to impossible, unless your hand forms a PERFECT seal over the ear. It's air pressure, not bludgeoning force, that causes the rupture.
You're better off aiming a palm for the mastoid process.
Breaking ribs with a slap is also a lot harder than you imply.
And pushing the chin won't do shit to a determined opponent. My much larger and stronger buddy discovered this in sparring the other day. My neck is not particularly strong, either.

Ouch. Leg kicks can work with any shoes, but wearing steel toes is as good as carrying a bat. Throw a quick front snap to the shins from punching range.
If you're a bit farther away, use a round kick and strike just above the kneecap on the outside of the leg.

Plastic can endure acids for a short time. I doubt that the plastic of which a Supersoaker is made could withstand paint-remover at all. I used to work in a lab where we used heated, fuming nitric acid to etch plastic. What you are talking about is vandalism, however, and it is illegal.

Kurt Saxon has recommended using those plastic lemons in which lemonjuice is sold as weapons. Lemonjuice itself of course is temporarily blinding if it gets in the eyes. He said that if you keep formaldehyde in one and spray the mist into somebody's face it will halfway kill him.
