Remember that pic was taken in 2004. So everyone there has also gained about 10-20 more pounds of burger king fat. But we all know what an ELITE organization StormFart is. lol.

If you come to the USA check out IHOP or a Bob Evans. Always you will see the low class poverty stricken white Americans. They lift spoonful after spoonful of fatty fried foods into their fat faces. Some are so big that they hardly fit in the chair. And pancakes and french toast are very heavy foods. Wash that down with 100% Fat Whole Milk and we are talking 2000 calorie meals. Lots of rural whites and truck drivers as well as low income whites eat their regularly. Thus perpetuating poverty cycles. Poor health, poor choices, hard life of struggle and financial ruin. It is either low intelligence and lack of education. Not lack of opportunity. Sad but true.

Yeah, but most of these charts go by height and weight and don't take body fat into consideration, so if you exercise (weight lifting) you become "overweight" but are still lean.

Thats why I qualified the link as "Rule of thumb" the scales for most heights cover 28 lbs I would be surprised if many "WN's" are power lifting in excess of that.Not impossible of course but if you look at the picture you can see the vast majority of them are not power lifters but ugly fat beasts.Most power lifters would'nt be able to lift one of 'em off of the ground with a bear hug.If one of them fell on you,you would face serious injury.They must have to use specialist toilets and furniture.In the UK you can be declared clinically obese and recieve welfare benefits is it the same for these blighters ?

Yes lean muscle mass is the goal. Our bodies have not evolved since cavemen times because we store too much fat. Now that modern humans have access to food 24/7 this one time benefit is now a problem.

In america most of them wouldn't be considered fat (except by a doctor or nutritionist), you need to be over 20 stone and even then they use the word big.
