I was wondering what some of the VNNF athletes though about this guy and his workout program? Is it for real or just another make a quick buck artist?

Well... All he wants is the price of the book. Better than blowing a grand on a Soloflex or Bowflex and then finding out it doesn't work.
Charles Atlas had a similar plan I believe.

I don't have the book yet, but i have used some of the exercises off his site nameley the handstand press up and the back bridge.
The back bridge has actually helped relieve some of the sciatic back pain i suffer with sometimes, although i would never try the neck bridge as it does seem pretty nasty.
