German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder wants to curtail the rights of neo-Nazis to demonstrate and two of his ministers have drawn up a corresponding, but heavily disputed bill. Will it pass parliament? Is it even constitutional? And is such a ban truly needed in a nation with a 50-plus year track record for democracy? Plus, German soccer club Borussia Dortmund -- which went public in 2000 -- says it's broke.

Any nation that has a long track record of being democratic knows it has to steer its masses towards the abyss every now and then or else someone might take the reigns and do a complete 180. Speech and marches are pressure release valves, watch another Rostock happen if they are that stupid.
