Also I purchased a telemarketing machine last year that is capable of phoneing people and leaving them a message or speaking a message to who ever answers the phone, I do not have time for the machine to figure out how to use it and it sits here collecting dust.

Im not aligning myself with miller infact I did read all the stuff about him and didnt like what I heard this has nothing to do with him and more to do with an idea that a email list recruitment campaign was a good idea and I offered my help to vnn not miller although he is the one who called me on the phone. Why should I not help vnn if there is time in my busy schedule its not for miller it for the good of white people everywhere.

If he would of used opt-in email lists he wouldnt have been spamming, opt-in lists are from companies that have permission from there consumers to receive emails from there company. Infact they sometimes have to agree to get the emails from the companies twice so its double opt-in. I have several of these lists that are available to me and will be using them when the time is right.

The email must contain a highly curiosity-provoking subject. This will compel tens-of-thousands to read Alex's specially worded introductory article, which will in turn cause them to click on govnn.com.

Plus, the results of the emailing will be monitored. We'll then have a list of those who chose NOT to "opt-out", and a list of those who log on to govnn.com. We'll also know how many become guests and members of VNNF.

Besides, the WN situation is desperate. The Million-Email Project is well worth the costs and the effort.

Perhaps, Todd will personally take responsibility in writing, of all legal aspects, since he will receive the $2,700. If he will, then Alex and VNN will not be subject to any possible legal action.

Here are two things to think about when evaluating the benefits of such a promise to be responsible as you say. I will use the word indemnify.

1- A promise to indemnify is worthless against criminal charges. This may not be a crime but neither is flyering, and people still get arrested for littering occasionally while flyering. There is a saying that "a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich." So the risk exists.

2- a promise to indemnify is worth only as much as the insurance or bond that can be called upon to satisfy the promise, considering most privately owned businesses are run with thin capitalization.

I would like to mention briefly the likelihood that a large number of the 1,000,000 emails would not reach the intended recipients. Many email services filter what they perceive to be spam on the basis of the number of emails received from a single source in a given period of time as well as the number of emails received with the same subject line, with the exception of various well-known mailing lists and common subject headings. Also, many email recipients use some sort of interactive spam filtering that affects other users of the same service, and thus many early recipients who tag the email as spam results in the automatic tagging of subsequent emails sent to the same email service as spam which is routed to recipients junk mailbox or is blocked altogether. Finally, simple challenge and response email filterring would require a response to thousand of challenges. It is becoming more and more difficult to send unsolicited email of any sort, whether the email sent is commercial or political. I really have to question the cost-effectiveness of this proposal in light of these considerations. I like the concept, though (if it were actually possible to have delivered to 1,000,000 whites for a mere $2700 with no legal repercussions).
