Let's post all jews' media coverage of both VNN and TAA here. I'm sure we haven't posted all the TV, radio, and newspaper reports, especially of TAA distributions. So feel free to post them as you learn of them.

1) SA Mann informs me that my LTE to the Mecklenburg Sun newspaper (Clarksville, VA) was published in their 3 Aug 05 edition, though the LTE has not as yet been posted on their website (www.mecklenburgsun.com (http://www.mecklenburgsun.com)). Hopefully, SA Mann will scan it and post it on this thread.

2) The Orlando Sentinel (reporter Chris Sherman) is doing an editorial on TAA and VNN, presently. Which will include interviews with at least two VNN'ers. I believe that editorial will be published within the next few days, and it'll be posted here.

3) My emailed LTE to the Patterson, NJ newspaper has not as yet been published in that paper, and they've declined to return my phoned inquiries. I'll continue phoning them. They ran a news article in their 23 July edition about TAA distributions in the Patterson, NJ area.

Orlando Sentinel newspaper, Orlando, Florida. Lengthy news article badmouthing TAA distributions there. Article was by reporter Chris Sherman, and published in their 6 Aug 05 edition

KISS-FM (99.3) radio, Harrisburg, PA badmouthed TAA distributions done in New Jersey, during a news commentary segment.

Channel 10 TV, Tampa, FL reporter Preston Rudie badmouthed TAA distributions during news broadcasts on 5 Aug 05.

My own letter-to-editor was published in the 3 Aug 05 edition of The Mecklenburg Sun newspaper, Clarksville, VA (LTE was posted by SA Mann in the Main Discussion Forum).

(What we really need here is a volunteer VNN'er who will keep track of all jews' media coverage of both TAA and VNN, and post them here on VNNF along with website addresses (URLs) - Don't everybody jump at the same time)

The Burlington Times, Langhome, PA, dtd 12 Aug 05. That article was posted by brutus on the regular "TAA #2..." thread. AND GUESS WHAT ?? The article included a link to TAA and urged readers to loggon and read it.

Davenport police are investigating who distributed a newspaper Tuesday entitled the "Aryan Alternative" around the McClellan Heights area near the Village of East Davenport.

A citizen called to complain about that publication at about 2:30 p.m., police Lt. Brent Biggs said. According to the Web site operated by VanguardNewsNetwork.com, which publishes the paper, the "Aryan Alternative" offers "uncensored news for whites."

"It wasn't directed at a specific person, they were just putting it out in the neighborhood," Biggs said. "We don't know how widespread this is, and I don't know if any law has been broken, but we are investigating."

Davenport just one of the "quad" cities alone, has a population of over 98,000. And that paper printed our website address: "VanguardNewsNetwork.com" and the name of our newspaper. Which means in my optimistic judgment, they tried to help us. And I'll be surprised if they don't publish my letter-to-editor response, which I'll email them rat now !!!

Excellent. BTW, I emailed them a LTE, and will check back and see if it gets published. Their email address is: opinions@qctime.com in case you want to send them one too. Since they printed our website address in their news article, I believe there's an excellence chance they'll print our LTEs, as well.

It's really great when the people call the cops after receiving TAA, for three reasons:

1- helps ensure further media coverage
2- then the cops get to read TAA and pass it around
3- distribution of TAA is not illegal. Idiots and Jews may think so, but it isnt. So, once they call the cops they have to admit that, for the hundredth time, all wafflings aside, and then people are embolded to speak truth about Jews.

Tell her we are frightened about selective prosecution and loss of our rights by the Jewish head of "Homeland Defense" Michael Chertoff. Tell her we are frightened of hateful criminal actions by non-Whites and socalled "hate speech" pales in comparison and contrast to the massive lopsided number of black on white crimes in this country.

You know today on NPR they were talking about a study and did you know that incarcerated Whites are SIX TIMES that's %600 more likely to commit suicide in custody than Whites? Deliberate denial of equal protection to Whites by the government, if there ever was, in prison!

One could go on for quite a long time in that vein. A handful of White men speak out now but if your numbers were multiplied ten or a hundred times it WOULD start making a difference. TAA is one way to go, to reach out PAST the choir. If somebody wants to DO SOMETHING rather than just complain, then help fund and distribute TAA!

Channel 6 news did, in fact, broadcast the news report, including several statements from me, taped during our earlier phone interview. I listened to the audio of the live broadcast on my computer. I believe it was the most fair and balanced TV news broadcast TAA has received thus far. They made reference to my published LTE for example, which I thought was good/effective. And one "concerned" citizen vowed to respond to it with one of his own. All those interviewed, including a local Rabbi, agreed that we have freedom of speech, and that TAA distributions are perfectly legal.

The transcript of the broadcast should be published on their website by tomorrow, I assume (www.kwqc.com (http://www.kwqc.com))

Papers Sent To FBI For Investigation

SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Hundreds of homeowners awoke to a message of hate at their doorsteps, and now FBI agents will be investigating, reported NewsChannel5.

Residents of Shaker Heights, a community that embraces diversity, discovered copies of a white supremacist newspaper, called The Aryan Alternative, which promotes hatred toward black people, Jews and Mexicans.

The papers were left in driveways along Shaker Boulevard Monday morning.
The paper claims the NFL is playing fewer white quarterbacks on purpose, and includes talk of "hanging Jews."

Shaker Heights Police Chief Walter Ugrinic said because of the threatening tone and the riots triggered by a white supremacist march in Toledo Saturday, he's sending copies to the FBI's terrorism task force.

Business owner Terry Hobson is confident city leaders will address this issue.

Police Inquiring About Rogers Publication

ROGERS, Ark. -- Police are searching for the messenger behind a batch of discriminating deliveries.

Rogers residents found white separatist newspapers in front of their homes, and the police department took calls from people who found the newspapers and said they don't want them in or near their yards.

The paper is called the "Aryan Alternative," and it's in its third issue.

Police said residents reported seeing someone in a burgundy car throwing the newspapers into neighborhoods along West Hemlock Street, Margaret Place, North 29th Street, Patty Lane and West Locust Lane.

Officers said those neighborhoods are home to several African-American families. However, the paper prints white separatist sentiment against African-American, Hispanic and Jewish people.

Police said they're checking with the Benton County prosecutor to see if any laws were broken by the delivery of the paper. In the meantime, police said they don't want the appearance of the paper to change the perception of Rogers.

"Rogers is not a place where this happens," said Rogers Police Department Cpl. Kelley Cradduck. "We have families of all races and colors living here, and for the most part, we all get along really well. So, I hope this is not something that will discourage people from coming living here, visiting here or get a negative perception of our town."

The paper's publisher said his paper's content is protected by the First Amendment and that they sell the paper in batches to their followers, encouraging them to distribute the paper anywhere and everywhere.

The publisher also said his publications is the only place where white men and woman can learn about issues not reported in the media.

Newspaper filled with racial slurs found in Valley neighborhood

A newspaper is stirring anger among people in one Valley neighborhood.

It's called the Aryan Alternative and is published in Missouri.

The paper is filled with messages targeting people of color.

The newspaper is circulating across town in predominantly black neighborhoods.

"Keep yourself white and they talk about the white safety zone," reads Reverend R.L. Shanklin.

Just thumbing through the paper, you'll come across one racial slur after another. All targeting people of different races.

"They listen to negative and write negative material against blacks and Jews and people of color. A paper like this has no business in our community," says Shanklin.

Reverend Shanklin is president of the NAACP in Huntsville. He says the paper's main goal is spreading hatred and division.

"We are a community of togetherness. That's what we want to be about not separatism. It tells me that hate groups are still alive and well. Racism is alive and well in communities. They can say anything they please but spreading hatred is against the law because sooner or later someone is going to get hurt," Shanklin said.

We talked toAlex Linder, the publisher of the Aryan Alternative. He says their message is not to promote hatred but to support their opinion that races don't mix.

I just emailed a LTE to (1) The Springdale (ARK) Morning News, and (2) The Benton County (ARK) Daily Record. And I phoned Channel 48 TV in Huntsville, AL and requested a phone-interview. Spoke with a Julia Echols. She'll have reporter return my call.

I just finished a 20-minute phone interview with 24-year old reporter Brook Reinhard of the Benton County Daily Record newspaper, Rogers, Arkansas. He's doing a fellow up news article about TAA, that will be published in tomorrow's edition of that paper.

To my question "Are you a Jew", he answered "No".

The Police Department spokesman said several homes owned by black families or that are next door to black families were targeted, as well as the entire 2300 block of West Hemlock and the 3000 block of West Margaret. "We had a white lady, a Hispanic, an African American complain — nobody wants this in their neighborhood," Cradduck said. "Nobody."

The newspaper, called The Aryan Alternative, is published out of Kirksville, Mo. Cradduck said an off-duty police officer saw a man in his 50s distributing the papers but didn’t think anything of it at the time.

If the man distributing the papers is located, he might be charged with a misdemeanor for harassment, Cradduck said. While the content of the paper is probably protected under the First Amendment, distributing unsolicited copies may not be. "The difference is the communication is offensive," he said, referring to a harassment statute that makes it unlawful to "harass or cause alarm" to anyone through anonymous or direct communication.

The paper has plenty to say about Jews, Mexicans, blacks, civil rights and hate crimes. It depicts Jews in a caricature evoking Nazi propaganda — older unshaven males with huge hook noses and shifty eyes — as it includes reminders for the reader to "keep yourself pure, keep yourself white." "The contents of this publication are 100 percent protected by the First Amendment, and anyone who tells you otherwise is a publicschool victim, a jew or a misinformed cop," the paper states on Page 2.

One Rogers resident who received the paper said he was surprised by its contents but said he wouldn’t want to see criminal charges brought against anyone for distributing it. "I thought it was a piece of trash because we pick up the trash on Tuesday," said Coleman, who didn’t want his last name used.

A father of four and an African American, Coleman lives off Walnut Street. "It was kind of shocking at first, then I started thinking about it: It’s the First amendment; they can write whatever they want," he said. "I believe in the First Amendment right. I believe people should be able to say anything they want in America. I would die defending that right.

" I don’t agree with what they have to say, and I don’t want to read their literature, so if it comes again, I’ll just throw it away. "

ROGERS -- Lucille Sederstrom found a very different newspaper in her Rogers driveway from the one she was expecting Wednesday morning.

Instead of comics, classifieds and news, she found the Aryan Alternative, a white-supremacist publication with stories and pictures denigrating people based on their race and ethnicity.

Sederstrom and three people from other neighborhoods called police to report the pamphlets had been placed in their yards, but it appeared that whoever distributed the material was within his rights.

"Was there a crime committed? We don't even know," said Cpl. Kelley Cradduck, police spokesman.

Cradduck said about 100 of the 12-page, tabloid-style publications were left in the yards of homes on Patti Lane, West Hemlock Street, North 29th Street, North 27th Street and West Locust Street.

Several of the people who got the newspaper are black and Hispanic, Cradduck said, but there was no way to determine if they were specifically targeted.

One of the black recipients told The Morning News he didn't believe he got the publication because of his skin color, because it appeared all the houses in his neighborhood got copies.

"It's 2005 and we're still dealing with things we shouldn't have to deal with," said the man, who didn't want to be identified.

The newspaper is published in Kirksville, Mo., by Alex Linder, who operates a Web site called Vanguard News Network. Reached by phone Wednesday afternoon, he said he doesn't decide where the newspaper is distributed and did not know the papers had been delivered in Rogers.

Volunteers are given the newspapers in return for a donation and they distribute where they see fit, he said.

Linder said it was the third edition of the paper, and 50,000 copies had been printed.

"We tell people what they aren't getting from their Jew-controlled papers," Linder said.

Katherine Shurlds, a journalism instructor at the University of Arkansas who teaches media law, said courts have upheld the rights of people like Linder to publish such material and distribute it on public property.

"If the government is making a regulation on speech it can't be based on the content of the speech," Shurlds said. "As long as the distributors were standing on and placing the material on public property they should be OK."

The papers were mostly found lying next to mailboxes, which are generally on easements granted by homeowners to the city.

Shurlds said cities can require a permit for the distribution of written material on private property, but the requirement can't be based on the content of the material.

Although Rogers requires door-to-door salespeople to get a permit, distributors of free written material aren't bound by the same ordinance.

Below are meeting minutes from the June and September meetings. The article below follows two distribution events, one last weekend, and one overnight last night of the Vanguard News Network "Aryan Alternative". In addition, Frazier Glenn Miller, formerly of the neo-Nazi group The Order, recently tried to place ad advertisement for the "Aryan Alternative" in the Aurora, Missouri weekly shopping guide, a paper with distribution of roughly 10,000. The Aurora Advertiser, which owns the weekly paper, refused to run the ad. Miller, who lives outside of Springfield, Missouri, is regarded as a traitor to those in the movement as a result of his testifying in the 1980s against his extremist colleagues in exchange for a shorter prison sentence.

We are also responding to hate activity in Hannibal, Missouri, where the car of an African-American couple was vandalized by spray painting, "KKK" and "Bitch". The community is holding a town hall meeting this evening; Task Force Member Bill Whitcomb, in his capacity as a mediator with the Justice Department's Community Relations Service, will be participating.

The next meeting of the Task Force is December 3 at 9:00 am at CRC. Please let me know by return email if you have any issues which you wish placed on the agenda.

Ignorant racists try to ply their trade in Columbia

The terrorism threat in Missouri is real, but it's not al-Qaida foreign fighters we should fear.

It's a white man from Kirksville named Alex Linder.

The 38-year-old white supremacist thug is one of our nation's dirty little secrets. While we wage a worldwide war against real and dangerous terrorists, Linder and his brand of hate fly under the radar screen as though Timothy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing never occurred.

On Sunday, the neo-Nazi punk announced his presence in Columbia.

Linder is the leader of a white supremacist movement known as the Vanguard News Network. Through his Internet presence, he spreads hateful messages that attack anybody who isn't white. Linder hates Jews. He hates blacks. He hates Latinos. He hates journalists. [Yeah, we hate journalists most of all. :p --L.D.] He hates anybody who isn't ignorant enough to spout his Hitleresque mottos. Like many white supremacists, he's turned to the Internet as the easiest way to spread his messages. The movement appears to be working, with thousands of hate sites setting up shop in the past decade, say officials who watch such things. [That's just it, Mr. Messenger. The only 'officials' watching such things are jews and their fellow travelers in the 'diversity' racket. --L.D.]

Not satisfied with a tiny hold of the Internet hate world, Linder started a newspaper for his Vanguard network. Copies were distributed in Columbia this weekend. Some Columbians were unfortunate enough to go out to their driveways to pick up their Sunday newspapers and also see the first copy of Linder's trashy attempt at a newspaper. "Vanguard News Network presents the Aryan alternative. Uncensored news for whites," it trumpets.

What follows are 12 pages of garbage not worthy of the ink and paper they wasted.

But here's the dilemma of dealing with a wacko such as Linder: We have to pay attention to what he says.

For years, racists such as Linder were allowed to simply exist in their little corners of the world while we [The imperial 'we' courtesy of Mr. Messenger.--L.D.] laughed off their ridiculous rants and ignored their muddled mantras as worthless and harmless as long as they stayed out of our way. It's why men such as Ozark County's Gordon Winrod were allowed to spread hateful messages for years before their speech proved dangerous enough to earn the attention of local law enforcement. For years, The Winrod Letter appeared in mailboxes in the Ozarks and went widely ignored by neighbors who saw the old man as a kook but nothing worse. Then he kidnapped his grandchildren, brainwashed them and held them against their will. The state finally stepped in, and now the 76-year-old is serving a 30-year sentence. [Brainwashing is what jews do, Mr. Messenger. Maybe you know this personally? --L.D.]

In Missouri, the evil white-power movement is alive and well thanks to men such as Linder. He is one of two Missouri men to appear on the Southern Poverty Law Center's "40 to Watch" list, which tracks some of the nation's most dangerous hatemongers. The center calls Linder a "foul-mouthed but nattily dressed neo-Nazi" whose Internet site is so vulgar that it offends "even many of the most extreme racists and anti-Semites."

Although his Web site contains a disclaimer that says the views printed are not intended to incite any criminal action, one quick read of Linder's handiwork makes it clear this is a man who wishes nothing less than death on anybody who isn't exactly like him. He's McVeigh in a coat and tie.

His newspaper lists a Springfield man named Glenn Miller as responsible for printing his vile screed. Miller doesn't answer his phone, :confused: though the one-time member of North Carolina's White Patriot Party has plenty to say on the Web site belonging to the equally racist Church of True I srael. "The U.S. government is our enemy because it is controlled by Jews. Never forget it," he posted in a forum earlier this year.

In fact, the Southern Poverty Law Center has had its eye on Miller for years. He's an ex-Army soldier with Special Forces training who has a violent past. "He's a pretty scary guy," says Mark Potok, [jew alert] director of the SPLC Intelligence Project. Miller has ties to the violent group called The Order and at one time was in the witness-protection program for testifying against other white supremacists. He was held in criminal contempt by a federal court for leading paramilitary training among North Carolina Ku Klux Klan members, said Joe Roy, a colleague of Potok. According to posts on Linder's Internet site, Miller proposed the newspaper to Linder.

Linder isn't the only Missourian on the Southern Poverty Law Center's watch list. There is also Bridgeton's George Baum, head of the Council of Conservative Citizens, a racist group that until the late 1990s tried to present itself as a legitimate political power. Baum has since shed the cloak of respectability and now, like Linder, publishes a newspaper intended to bring more white supremacists into the fold.

In Columbia, when we wake up to such protected yet vile speech, we have but one choice. We must not allow such hateful men room to operate in our community without public outcry.

Some folks have let the Columbia Police Department know of their receipt of Linder's newspaper, and though police can't do much, it alerts them to Linder's presence. Either the man himself or somebody who believes in his message has been here spreading his hate, and we must stand up together against this racism. [There's that imperial 'we' again, Mr. Messenger. Don't you really mean 'goys'? --L.D.]

Although Linder probably craves the publicity that his hit-and-run efforts create, ignoring his words creates an even more deadly disease, allowing it to spread undetected.

The fact is, just saying no to racists can have a profound effect.

In St. Joseph, a member of the Ku Klux Klan was charged with felony trespassing after he made repeated visits to a plasma bank to confront the black manager of the facility. The manager said no, and Joseph Callen was arrested after going to the center again in June 2000.

In a case that was upheld by the Missouri Supreme Court, he was sentenced to four years in prison.

It's a small step, but an important one when we're faced with real terrorists masquerading as free-speech advocates.

Men like Linder, Baum and Miller are dangerous demagogues who prey on the weak. They're also cowards. Linder lists only a post office box and an e-mail address in his newspaper, and he didn't return my e-mail requesting comment. :confused:

Go home to Kirksville, Mr. Linder, and leave us in Columbia alone.

We can see through your ignorant and hateful ruse.

You're not welcome here. Did this guy ever really try to contact either Miller or Linder? I suspect not.

The group first addressed a potential hate incident reported from St. Charles where “KKK” in black duct tape was found on garage doors of African-American families as well as on street signs in the neighborhood. The FBI indicated that it had opened a file. Investigation is ongoing. [Niggers did it themselves! I mean, really, does anybody think whites go around writing 'KKK' anywhere? --L.D.]

Two hate/bias incidents were reported by Julie Brueggemann of PROMO, both resulting from door-to-door canvassing by volunteers of the Constitution Defense League in support of Amendment 2. One volunteer was physically assaulted; a lawn sign in support of Amendment 2 was burned at the home of another. Representatives from St. Louis County will be following up.

Extremism/Hate: John Hayden presented on the September 17 conviction of Kevin Johnson in the stomping death of Michael Schnelle. Johnson, a white supremacist, attacked with words indicating that he perceived Schnelle to be Jewish. Karen Aroesty presented on the increase leafleting by the local unit of the National Alliance, and reported on the death of Richard Butler, the long-time head of Aryan Nations.

Discussion was also held around the future structure and programming of the Task Force, along with a consideration of the impact of this initiative in the community given a shift away from hate crime and toward issues around world terrorism.

Co-Chair Ron Tenpas offered the position of both US Attorneys in support of the continued work of the Task Force, and it was generally agreed around the table that participants benefited in a number of ways, through making personal contacts, in sharing information, in being able to update their own constituencies around hate and bias incidents in the community. It was generally agreed that meetings would stay quarterly, with continued attendance at Central Reform Congregation. Task Force members supported special programming in the future around youth education, and a continued emphasis on programming similar to the 2002 “Welcoming The Stranger”. Efforts would be made to expand representation/participation from community advocates.

The meeting adjourned at 10:30 am.

Discussion was held about the need for minutes of the meetings. It was decided that brief explanatory minutes would be presented for approval, with subsequent emailing of the minutes by members for distribution to their respective constituencies. This would be part of an initial effort to educate a broader segment of the community about the activities of the Task Force.

Martin Rafanan of the National Conference for Community and Justice provided an update for the group on the March presentation of the “Two Towns of Jasper” and introduced a new documentary opportunity about which more information would be available in the Fall.

Erv Switzer of the office of the Missouri Attorney General summarized the findings in the fourth annual report on traffic stops. The report compares rates at which drivers of different races are stopped by police compared to their proportion of the population. Erv also reported on the recent decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit allowing a unit of the the Ku Klux Klan to participate in the State's "Adopt-a-Highway" program. Under this program, groups that commit to picking up trash along a stretch of a highway are recognized with a sign. The Missouri Department of Transportation had rejected the KKK's application. The court said the KKK must be allowed to participate. A decision on further appeals has not been made by MoDOT.

Karen Aroesty, ADL, provided background on “Songs for His People”, an annual Christian Identity conference in February in Kimberling City, Missouri. The event has been held for seven years, and drew a record number of attendees this year, well over 400. Karen also reported on the annual Scriptures for America Conference in Branson, Missouri, originally presented as the Christian Identity “Superconference”, and hosted by Pastor Peter J. (Pete) Peters. Attendance was up at over 325 persons from 12 different states. [F***ing kike reporting on Christians that don't support the jew agenda. What arrogance! --L.D.]

Announcements were presented on the US Senate passage of the Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act (the Federal “Hate Crime” bill), on a special event recognizing World Refugee Day hosted by Gedlu Metaferia and the African Mutual Assistance Association of Missouri. Philip Deitch reported on the advocacy work by volunteers for the Constitution Defense League on Amendment 2, and asked for vigilance on any bias/hate incidents that might result. Finally, ADL reported on the presentation over the weekend of July 4 of a bombed Israeli bus by End World Terror.com, a human rights group committed to education about world terrorism. May 6, 2005 -- "Last week," writes a Jewish News reader, "some thoughtful person decided to drop off copies of "The Aryan Alternative" on every driveway in my nice quiet neighborhood in northwest Tempe. After inspecting the paper, I felt compelled to keep their racist, anti-Jew, anti-minority articles out of the hands of anyone stupid or gullible enough to believe their lies. ... I rounded up the copies and took them to the police station and filed a complaint."

So far so good, says Bill Straus, regional director of the Anti-Defamation League. But he would advise anyone who finds him or herself in the same situation to call the ADL, too.

And Straus doesn't condone the reader's next move, which was to take a photograph of "The Aryan Alternative" alongside a sign reading "Mission Not Accomplished, Tempe, AZ" and e-mail it to the publisher of the hate paper. [Alex, did you ever receive this, or is this just the boast of a publicly-proud, privately-cowardly jew? --L.D.]

"I don't know that I would recommend that anybody send an e-mail to the publisher," Straus says. "There's no need for an individual to single themselves out on the radar of one of these groups."

That's what the ADL is for, Straus explains, adding, "These groups are not rational." [Yes, only mentally-unstable, irrational people defend their own race, people like, well, those who work for the ADL! --L.D.]

The reader's decision not to take the delivery of the nasty propaganda lying down, however, is laudable.

A handout from the ADL on how to respond to hate literature advises that we "report hate-related incidents to the police," as our reader did, because "hate speech ... is often the first step before a crime occurs." The handout further advises that we not repeat stereotypes or unexamined half truths about others, that we speak out against jokes or slurs that target people or groups, that we get to know our neighbors, especially people different from ourselves, and that we find out more about organizations that combat prejudice. [Yes, we here at VNN encourage white people to 'find out more about' jewish hate and the organizations they have created to silence the free speech of whites who defend our people. --L.D.]

There's one more piece of advice that we should take to heart when dealing with this kind of incident. According to Holocaust scholar Nechama Tec, who grew up in Poland during World War II, people hate for one simple reason: to make themselves feel more important. The correct way to respond to that hate, she advises, is by not hating back. "Hate," Tec says, "does not create happiness in the one who hates." [Tell that to the Israelis! Shurlds said cities can require a permit for the distribution of written material on private property, but the requirement can't be based on the content of the material.

Although Rogers requires door-to-door salespeople to get a permit, distributors of free written material aren't bound by the same ordinance.

The controlled jewsmedia has reported on law enforcement's latest tactics to discredit and criminlaize Whites that exercize their right of free speech by distributing TAA's. One tactic is to charge those that put out the papers with harassment, which in most cases is a misdemeanor. Of course, the police would have to prove that a specific race or ethnicity was targeted with the papers, a difficult task at best. (As I understand it, a specific race is being targeted: White people.) Still, this threat of criminal prosecution, even a misdemeanor, will deter some Whites from further distribution. Another, far more insidious tactic being used by ZOG enforcement is classifying TAA as domestic terrorism, which is considered a Federal crime. This brings in the FBI to prosecute us, and they want us as guests in their big house for life. If this precedent is set, it is the end of free speech for us, period. Those that are prosecuted as domestic terrorists have far fewer rights than the ordinary criminal, even rapists and serial killers. ROGERS — The distributor of a whites-only newspaper called The Aryan Alternative said Thursday he plans to continue delivering the newspaper in Benton County, despite objections from neighbors and the Rogers Police Department. "We don’t pretend to be objective, and we don’t pretend to be a newspaper for all citizens," said Glenn Miller, distribution director for the 45,000-circulation tabloid based in Missouri. "We work for the interests of white people. Blacks, Jews, Hispanics all have hundreds of newspapers that work solely for their interest. And they don’t pretend to be objective either."

Miller said he distributed about 700 papers in Benton County this week. Some neighbors complained to the Police Department, saying they did not ask for the paper to appear on their doorsteps.

Rogers Police Department spokesman Cpl. Kelley Cradduck said he respects the First Amendment rights of Miller and The Aryan Alternative, but warned that delivering an unwanted product to Rogers residents could be a crime. "The statute of harassment specifically says it’s something in print (that) annoys, alarms or harasses another person," he said. "We can’t stop him from writing what he wants as long as it’s not threatening someone. But some of the stuff in there was obviously very offensive, and not just to African Americans. We will do everything we can to make sure our citizens are free of harassing, annoying and alarming material."

The distributor said he won’t be cowed by the police. "Since the police are trying to intimidate us, … tell them I’m coming back with an even bigger batch to saturate the area with the newspaper," said Miller, adding that anyone who interferes with the rights exercised by a U.S. citizen is committing a felony. "They’re trying to intimidate us. They’re trying to intimidate us from passing out a newspaper."

The newspaper, started last October and published in Kirksville, Mo., is in its fourth issue, Miller said.

The paper has about 100 distributors and more than 200 financial supporters, and delivers or mails to communities in 28 states.

He doesn’t publish the paper himself, but as distribution director and a member of the board of advisers, the retired U.S. Army master sergeant said he spends several hundred dollars each month promoting his beliefs as a white separatist and survivalist. "I believe the white race should have a right to survive, for crying out loud. It’s the most basic right imaginable," he said, adding that he views his mission as "to secure the existence of our people and a future for white children."

Since passing out the tabloid in Benton County, Miller said he’s received four favorable responses and three negative ones from readers.

He said homes for distribution were chosen by picking middle- and upper-income neighborhoods and stressed he wouldn’t be giving the paper to blacks, Jews or Hispanics if he could help it. "Your neighborhoods are highly integrated," he said. "Do you expect me to go knocking on every door and find out if it’s white? … I prefer not to distribute to minority houses because we’re not trying to recruit them. We’re not trying to teach them anything."

Cradduck said he heard many complaints from minorities who felt targeted by the newspaper and didn’t believe Miller wasn’t targeting minorities. "Either he’s the unluckiest person in the world or he’s not telling the truth," Cradduck said. "He sure picked some pretty specific areas that weren’t right next to each other in town. I don’t think anybody with good common sense would assume it was an accident."

The newspapers were delivered to several homes in Belle Meade and were filled with hate toward minorities and Jews.

Police are investigating the delivery of the newspaper called "The Aryan Alternative." It is published by an anti-semitic group out of Missouri.

Belle Meade Police believe dozens of the newspapers were delivered all over the affluent neighborhood. Some residents called police, but there's not much the police department can do.

“They did go from house to house and did deposit paperwork that the people did not request or didn't ask for. They left it which in Tennessee is littering,” said Tom Sexton of the Belle Meade Police Department.

The detective said the only way to charge anyone with littering is to catch them do it. Metro Police are also investigating.

ROGERS - Dozens of Rogers residents received unsolicited copies of an Aryan newspaper Tuesday night. The papers contain derogatory articles about several different ethnic groups.

Police started getting calls Tuesday night when three African-American families found the newspapers on their lawns. The calls continued Wednesday morning and investigators discovered about 100 copies of the newspapers had been distributed overnight on Tuesday to targeted areas in Rogers.

Police say most of the targeted residents woke up Wednesday morning to find The Aryan Alternative in their front yard.

“It's derogatory, it uses names and stories to portray every other race besides their own in a negative spotlight,” said Cpl. Kelley Cradduck.

Police say Hemlock and Margaret Streets in Rogers were targeted in the newspaper distribution. Investigators say the racial make-up of the neighborhood is varied.

“We had African-American families, white families and Hispanic families calling about this. There is not anyone in our community that wants to be a part of this,” Cradduck said.

Investigators say about 100 copies of the 16-page newspaper were distributed in Rogers, but the publication is based in Missouri.

“It's obviously something that is organized and put together and distributed on a routine basis, we've never seen it in our area before,” Cradduck said.

Police say they hope the Rogers community never has to see the newspaper again.

“We'll continue to investigate it, to see who did it, why and make sure they know it is unacceptable to be doing it in the future or they will be arrested if it happens again,” Cradduck said.

Investigators say a white man in his late 50s, driving a 4-door, burgundy Geo Metro or Geo Storm was spotted distributing the newspapers. Anyone with additional information is asked to call Rogers Police.

Police say the suspect could face harassment charges, because it is considered unwanted contact for the people who received the newspaper.

Publishers of The Aryan Alternative claim 50,000 copies of the newspaper were printed and distributed nationwide.

Being an American is

mostly upside. Only

rarely are we forced to contemplate the negatives. But there is some unpleasantness built into this citizenship thing. For example, we sometimes have to tolerate the attitudes and activities of our most offensive, hate-mongering countrymen. As much as we’d like to ship them out, these people are Americans too. They enjoy the same set of freedoms as the rest of us — including the freedom to express themselves. In addition to tolerating them — and this is where the real downside lies — we sometimes have to take the extra step of defending their right to speak freely.

All that being said, there’s a line between exercising one’s right to free speech and using hate-fueled propaganda expressly to harass other people. And that line may have been crossed by the recent distribution of a racist newspaper called the Aryan Alternative in parts of Rogers. If it’s determined that it was — and if the people responsible can be apprehended — Rogers police could try making a harassment charge stick.

Is it worth the effort? Being slapped with even a light charge — harassment is a misdemeanor — might be enough to discourage these supremacist paperboys from taking on any future routes. We doubt that.

On the other hand, a trip through the criminal justice system might bring them a lot of publicity and could even lend a sort of checkered validity to their shabby little venture. Who knows? An arrest might be just what the publishers of Aryan Alternative are hoping for.

We understand the desire on the part of police to find a way of punishing people who disseminate this sort of trash. But unless someone really feels threatened by the publication and how it’s been distributed, this is the sort of thing cops and the residents of Rogers shouldn’t dignify with a response.

Again, being an American isn’t all bubble gum and cotton candy. Sometimes it means putting up with people like this, who are bound and determined to spread vile sentiment.

One of the keys to dealing with it is understanding that — more often than not — this isn’t something police and the courts are meant to deal with. It doesn’t rise to that level. It’s simply what trash bins are for.

Voicing a view
I’m the white fellow who distributed copies of The Aryan Alternative newspaper in your area on Oct. 18. Our paper is also on the Internet, by the way. It’s simply a newspaper for white folks. We present news and commentary of interests to white people that the system Jewish controlled newspapers refuse to print. We are pro-white. They are antiwhite. I’m a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant who served two tours in Vietnam and 13 years in the Green Beret paratroopers, 64 years young. But if Arkansas cops want to arrest me for exercising my constitutional rights of freedom of speech and the press, just have them phone me at 417-258-7785 and I’ll be happy to come there and turn myself in.

Many thanks oh Golly, for going to all that trouble locating those two articles. I wasn't even aware of the 1st one you posted.

What's that now ?? 3 newspaper news reports, 1 TV broadcast, and 1 published LTE in Benton county, Arkansas. And all because of 700 TAAs being passed out there. Plus, there's a good chance I'll get an on-camera interview with Channel 5 TV, KFSM (Fayetteville, ARK) either this afternoon, or within the next few days. They gotta give me air time in which to defend myself and the paper I work for.

Davenport police are investigating who distributed a newspaper Tuesday entitled the "Aryan Alternative" around the McClellan Heights area near the Village of East Davenport.

A citizen called to complain about that publication at about 2:30 p.m., police Lt. Brent Biggs said. According to the Web site operated by VanguardNewsNetwork.com, which publishes the paper, the "Aryan Alternative" offers "uncensored news for whites."

"It wasn't directed at a specific person, they were just putting it out in the neighborhood," Biggs said. "We don't know how widespread this is, and I don't know if any law has been broken, but we are investigating."

Captain Henry said he remembers a scene from four years ago when police arrested a man outside the Jewish Community Center with a rifle on his lap.(I like the movies too, but what does this have to do with the 1st Amendment to the Constitution?)

“They got an illegal weapon out of his car and went to his home and found a lot of the same type of propaganda, newsletters, paramilitary stuff in his apartment.”

Later in the investigation FBI agents found live hand grenades, pipe bombs and a military rocket launcher. (Is he talking about the Jew podiatrist with the rocket launcher in Florida?)

Metro Police say they don't know of any organized anti-semitic or white separatist groups in Nashville. However, there are individuals who belong to these groups.

ROGERS — The distributor of a whites-only newspaper will continuing to deliver unsolicited papers to people’s doorsteps without interference from law enforcement, barring a city ordinance that restricts the distribution of unwanted publications.

Glenn Miller of Missouri showed up at the Rogers Police Station on Tuesday in a dramatic gesture to turn himself in, after police spokesman Cpl. Kelley Cradduck said last week if Miller kept passing out papers he could be arrested for harassment.

Miller came ready to fight, brandishing a newspaper and a highlighted section of the U.S. Constitution, but Police Chief Steve Helms said he’d only be arrested if he trespassed or was giving the incendiary paper to people who said they didn’t want it. "All I’m trying to do is let white people know that they do have the right to speak their minds," Miller said as he handed out a copy of The Aryan Alternative.

The fourth and latest issue blasts Jews, blacks, Hispanics, liberals, the National Football League and the public schools system. Miller said he distributed 700 copies of the newspaper to northwest Arkansas last week and planned to do it again Tuesday. He said he doesn’t target specific homes but looks for upscale neighborhoods.

The paper drew multiple complaints last week from homeowners who said they didn’t want "trash" in their yards. James Gosserand II, a business owner and member of the Rogers Planning Commission, said Tuesday he’d like to see the city consider legislation to limit the distribution of unwanted literature to people’s homes.

Gosserand said the idea has nothing to do with his work as a planning commissioner, but as a private citizen he said something should be done to condemn the paper and speak out against it, even if it turns out that there’s no way to stop Miller from delivering it. "Most intelligent people, most thinking people, most people that believe in God vehemently disagree with this guy," Gosserand said. "I think that it is sad and shocking that in 2005, especially in one of the highestgrowth areas in the country, that we have people like this dividing us, spewing hatred. The battle is not between races: It is between good and evil."

The Rogers citizen said he’s proud of his own multi-ethnic heritage, and doesn’t mind Miller being proud of his heritage, but stressed that having a sense of identity and pride shouldn’t lead to hatred of other groups or forcing that hatred onto others through a newspaper. "I don’t want pornography on my doorstep. If someone did that, I’d be offended," Gosserand said. "I feel the same way about this type of material. It’s like any other unwanted junk."

City Attorney Ben Lipscomb said there’s little the city can do in regulating The Aryan Alternative specifically, besides charge Miller for littering if he distributes a paper to a homeowner who has already specifically said he or she does not want the material. "As long as he’s standing in the public right-of-way and throwing a publication — and I hesitate to use the word ‘publication’ because it’s crap — the only statute I can think to charge him on would be the litter statute," Lipscomb said.

However, the attorney added, the Council could pass an ordinance banning the distribution of unsolicited materials, but that ban would include free shopper publications and other unsolicited material. "The Supreme Court has said you can limit protected speech in ‘time, place and manner, ’" he said, although content can not be limited.

Mayor Steve Womack said he wouldn’t want to regulate the content of a paper, no matter how objectionable. He said limiting unsolicited material could be considered but warned that in general, legislative remedies can sometimes create more problems than they solve. "Is there a way to make a ‘ Do Not Call’ list for distribution?" he said. "That’s something I’d have to talk with my attorney about, but it might be possible."

In the above article it says Cradduck said TAA distributor "could" be arrested. But on TV, Cradduck said: "They (the TAA distributors) "will" be arrested if it happens again." I've got a copy of the TV transcript in front of me now.

That's an example of politically correct journalists taking liberty with facts, by changing a word here, and a word or two there, so as not to displease their bosses, thus advance their careers.

BTW, I emailed them a LTE this morning in response to their above news article.

Toledo, Ohio -- VNN Activist Craig Cobb, also known as "No 1965 Chain Immigrants" or just "Chain", has reportedly distributed 10,000 copies of the Aryan Alternative newspaper in eleven Midwestern cities, including Toledo, Ohio, where he has reported an overwhelmingly enthusiastic level of support.
"So far, Toledo was the best," Cobb wrote on a recent VNN messageboard posting, "I wish everyone could have seen the look on the Whites' faces when I'd hold out an unfolded copy of The Aryan Alternative #3 to pedestrians. It's so unusual, that it's going to be a bit hard to describe. I imagined that this is the facial looks Whites in South Africa or Zimbabwe might have if I'd shown up with munitions. And the oddest thing -- young White men in their teens or twenties or thirties, old White womwn -- even pretty young White girls....they all had this grateful look of appreciation and supplication (is that the word?). They of course knew the Nazis were there, and I suppose they immediately divined that The Aryan Alternative was formally associated. And how funny is it that the cover story is entitled 'Savages In The Streets' and that is precisely what Toledo was plagued with at that very moment? LMWAO!"

An LSN suvery of local news reports showed dozens of articles reporting multi-hundred copy distributions of the Aryan Alternative newspaper in numerous cities across the Mid West and parts of the South.

Cobb stated he had distributed 10,000 copies in the following cities: Toledo, OH (Over 1,000 there), Atlanta, GA, Lexington, KY, Chattanooga, TN, Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, Cleveland, TN, Southern Adventist college, Ashland College, Weslyn College in OH, and Temple University in Dayton.

Cobb says when he finishes his Midwest tour, he will distribute another 6,000 copies in the Northeast, particularly Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Cobb was one of the dozens of white activists turned away from the Toledo, Ohio rally, and reported that his car was attacked by rioting blacks and communists, who threw soda cans at his windshield.

Good write-up, Chain. And accurate. TAA awareness is spreading among WNs, and the good ones will support TAA either with donations or by distributing them.

Hey, I just did a phone interview with a Justin Walden with the Daily Press in Newport News, VA (tel: 757-247-4753) (www.dailypress,com (http://www.dailypress,com)). About a 10 minute interview. The usual reason. Complaints about TAA in driveways.

We have several big distributors in VA, including Ron Doggett and SA Mann. I strongly suspect it was one or both of them. Ron stated yesterday he had 1,100 all rolled and ready to go.

Anyhow, Walden said his article will appear in their tomorrow's edition. To which, I'll promptly respond with a LTE for double whammy.

BTW, that nigger reporter from the Herald Sun, (Durham, NC) told me yesterday his article "probably" would appear in today's edition. He lied. But maybe it'll appear tomorrow.

I think those are the large, cheek to jowl, on the waterfront, "saltbox" beach houses just before the bridge into Virginia Beach. Was surprised to see White kids in wetsuits w/boards in that frigid weather.

Whites-only paper hits NN lawns

Some city residents are angered by the distribution of a white-supremacist publication.

NEWPORT NEWS -- Barbara Tippit didn't like what landed on her lawn Thursday morning.

Someone doing masonry work on her Hidenwood property brought her a copy of The Aryan Alternative, a white-supremacist publication delivered to at least two Newport News neighborhoods.

Tippit is blind, so a neighbor read her some articles. "It's pure filth," she said. "I'm so infuriated by the whole thing."

The 16-page tabloid was delivered in Hidenwood and Meredith Woods either late Wednesday or early Thursday. Police spokesman Lou Thurston said one person complained to the Police Department.

The paper is published in Kirksville, Mo. A local resident should have distributed about 1,100 copies in Newport News, said Glenn Miller, the paper's main distributor. It was the publication's third edition. Miller said the fourth would come out in December and would be delivered in Newport News. He said he tried to target white people in middle- to upper-class neighborhoods. "We don't force our newspaper on anybody," he said.

The paper briefly mentions the January slaying of James City County teenager Brittany Binger.

Several Newport News residents said Thursday they couldn't get rid of the paper fast enough.

"I was just flabbergasted, and so were many of my neighbors," Tippit said. "They slandered as many people as they could slander."

Kathy Webster of Meredith Woods said she picked up the paper, quickly realized what it was and decided to throw it away.

"This is horrible," Webster said.

"I looked at the headlines and thought, 'What in the world ?' "

I think Mike Owens wrote a pretty fair piece. Mike told me his editor originally broke the Randy Weaver story. One slight error on my part-- I forgot to deduct the mileage from PA, where I bought the car, to WV and the driving for a couple of days before the trip. In short, I actually drove 6,900 miles in 12 days. Sorry, Mike. But on the up-side-- I will be making a detailed thread recommending Waynesboro, VA to all White racists as the very best city in JOGZOG I visited. Craig Cobb came to Waynesboro this week to spread the word - of white supremacy.

“It’s a beautiful place,” the Frost, W.Va., grocer said after touring the city Wednesday. “I will recommend it to every racist I know.”

The mountain scenery, he noted, is hard to beat. The people are polite. Nothing but “yes, sir” and “no, sir” from everyone he met. And, the minority population “is low,” he said.

Few people likely noticed Cobb as he pulled into the city in a silver Buick. Chances are, even fewer passersby took the time to glance past him - sporting a frizzy-haired, mad-scientist persona - and to a front seat stacked with copies of The Aryan Alternative. A reporter for the tabloid, he goes by the moniker “No 1965 Chain Immigrants” or just “Chain.”

He failed to command any attention until after he was gone, when residents stumbled upon the tabloid Wednesday evening or the following morning on their sidewalks and driveways. By then, he would be home, resting from his mission.

“I want to wake up white people,” he said.

He did. Several Waynesboro area residents said they were appalled by the racist literature, which they found folded in a square and bound with rubber bands.

“I was just in total disbelief,” said Augusta County resident Tamika Allen, 27, a New Jersey native who moved in with her parents just a month ago. “It made me feel uncomfortable and not very safe.”

Among the neighborhoods hit were the Nottingham subdivision, off Ladd Road and next to the new Wayne Hills Baptist Church. Cobb also threw the tabloid around the Waynesboro Country Club area.

“I was just appalled,” said one woman, who didn’t want to be named because she lives alone. “I was horrified. I was scared to death it was someone in the neighborhood. I really resent it. The remarks about Jewish people just absolutely knocked me over.

“People of this mentality have no bounds,” she said. “They don’t have any morals. If they had morals, they wouldn’t be printing something like this.”

In the Nottingham subdivision near U.S. 340 in the Ladd area of Augusta County, 12-year-old Eric Kullberg brought the literature into the house and gave it to his father, Domingo.

“I said, ‘this is crap’ and threw it away,” Domingo Kullberg said. “Everybody has the right to say whatever they want, of course, but I don’t think it should be forced on anyone and I don’t think it should be thrown in my driveway for a 12-year-old to pick it up.”

By Cobb’s count, he has distributed about 10,000 copies of the newsletter in the past 10 days.

“We’ve been doing it across the country, and we’ve been giving it to the wealthier people,” he said, noting that he and other Aryan representatives target upscale neighborhoods for distributing The Aryan Alternative.

Cobb pointed out that Middlebrook would make a good stop, too. That’s where someone attempted to torch St. John’s Reformed United Church of Christ in early July.

FBI investigators ruled it an arson while noting that the blaze came a week after the national United Church of Christ voted to endorse gay marriage. Scrawled on the outside of the church were “SINNER,” “LESB HELL” and “GAYS LOVER.”

Federal investigators have stopped short of ruling it a hate crime, however.

“A motive hasn’t been determined,” Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms spokesman Bart McEntire said Thursday.

The investigation remains where it did in July, the agent said.

Cobb is nobody’s fool when it comes to the law of handing out the literature of the Vanguard News Network, a pro-white group based in Kirksville, Mo. Don’t step on the lawn or sidewalk. Keep away from the mailbox. That’s a federal offense.

Every so often, he claims a Jewish person hoping to land him in jail will stuff a newsletter found on the lawn into a mailbox and then call police.

When it comes to facts, bits of historic and political trivia or statistics, well, just don’t get him started. The Bolsheviks? The Weimar Republic? Communist and Jewish plots? A loony Christianity that lost its true roots more than a millennia ago?

“I’m longwinded,” Cobb admitted.

He drove into Waynesboro with an estimated 400 copies of The Aryan Alternative, with articles detailing how Jews orchestrated World War II as well as a civil rights movement that has made the white population vulnerable to violent crime.

“I thought about standing out in front of the high school and handing it out to the kids,” he laughed. After weighing the risks of an arrest, Cobb nixed the idea.

A pair of palm-sized video cameras dangled by a chord around his neck. Those were in case police officers hassled him as he exercised his right to free speech.

The Waynesboro police already were on to him, he said. An undercover officer noticed him when he nearly made a wrong turn when searching for The News Virginian. Cobb alerted a TNV reporter when he got to town.

For Allen, an African-American who grew up in a black New Jersey neighborhood, the Shenandoah Valley has been a culture shock.

After finding The Aryan Alternative on her way to church Wednesday night, she got a closeup of the Confederate flag. Her church hosted pony rides, and the vendor had saddled up his ponies over Confederate blankets.

“I believe in freedom of political expression,” Allen said. “But you could not do that in New Jersey. That was a humbling experience.”

Of the racist literature in her driveway, she said, “It’s disconcerting to know we’re in 2005 and this type of behavior … and mentality exists out there.”

Nearly 7,600 miles had been logged on the Buick as Cobb spent the past 10 days distributing what he called “the white news” in affluent neighborhoods throughout the “heart of the Confederacy.”

“We want benefactors,” he said.

“I’m really disappointed I didn’t go to California,” he said. “We really need some coverage in California.”

Hey Chain, that Mike Owens article on you was the best (most positive) for us I've seen yet. Hell, most White readers kinda like you, after reading that.

Regarding negative comments by the lemmings, they come from the ole "hang the messenger" mindset, going back to 5th century Rome. The citizens of Rome hung their own messengers who brought bad news about "barbarian attrocities". And that's what most White lemmings, especially soccermoms and girli-men, want to do to us.

One gal in Orlando who read one of Todd's TAAs yelled on TV: "It's psychological terrorism !!!"

I think it's mostly soccermoms and the elderly who suffer from the "hang the messenger" disease though. Younger White males (18-45 especially) are far more receptive to our stated truths and realities, generally speaking.

Police probe Aryan paper's distribution

WILLIAMSBURG -- Williamsburg police are investigating the distribution of a white supremacist newspaper on the grounds that it may have violated a city law against littering. One person has complained about The Aryan Alternative but no arrests have been made, police said.

Unless a person is caught in the act or clearly identified, it may be hard to make an arrest for littering, police said. The paper was also distributed late Wednesday or early Thursday in Newport News, and city police there are also investigating. It would be hard to make an arrest for littering in Newport News because the papers were neatly distributed and it doesn't appear to have violated the law, city attorneys said.

Earlier this week, a reporter for the Alternative, which is published in Kirksville, Mo., distributed the paper in Waynesboro, a city near Charlottesville.

Now, I am no law expert, but I have NEVER heard of littering being arrestable offense. Finally, a worthy scandal

I’ve been waiting for the first major scandal of the year in Northwest Arkansas to make local front-page banner headlines. It’s taken nearly 11 months to finally see it in print—last week in the Northwest Arkansas Times.
The exposé said Farmington’s new city business manager, Kim Dickens, listed on her résumé that she is a former city administrator of Eureka Springs. Yet in actuality, Dickens had served as a city planner and an administrative assistant to the mayor before she was canned. Seems that, among other disputes with the Eureka Springs mayor, Dickens could not type. Wonder how many CEOs can type. Beginning in 1996, Dickens also served a term on the Eureka Springs City Council.

Up in Rogers, scores of good folks have been up in arms of late over a hatemongering, white-supremacist newspaper that is being circulated in their neighborhoods.
Black families appeared to be the focus of attention in distributing the slop. Police said their homes, as well as those of their neighbors, were targeted in the distribution. Citizens representing three races were among those complaining.
Among insulting caricatures and rhetoric of various races and cultures, a reporter for the Benton County Daily Record found a segment of a newspaper called The Aryan Alternative that admonished readers to “keep yourself pure, keep yourself white.”
This rag is published out of Kirksville, Mo. Some guy who appeared to be in his 50s was seen distributing it around neighborhoods. Yeah, yeah, I know, this activity is protected under the First Amendment.
But distributing it in an unsolicited manner is not shielded. Direct or anonymous communication that offends, alarms or harasses another is against the law, according to a Rogers police spokesman, Cpl. Kelley Cradduck.

Finally, after reading another Daily Record story, I couldn’t help but wonder how 25-year-old Richard Fox of Springdale must have felt to awaken near daylight with a rifle resting in his lap and his 1991 Chevy pickup dangling off the side of the historic War Eagle Bridge.
Benton County sheriff’s deputies initially were baffled by the mishap on the 98-year-old span, which is scheduled to be reinforced and remodeled next year. But when they spied a spotlight inside the truck, it was time to summon the Game and Fish badges, who wound up charging the man with hunting after dark.
The bridge was closed several hours for minor repairs and the wayward truck was towed away.
What must some people be thinking out in this increasingly wacky world? Surely the man wasn’t fox hunting. Sorry, couldn’t resist.

I read with interest Glenn Miller's letter to the editor in The Benton County Daily Record letter on Oct. 22 where he discussed his involvement with the distribution of The Aryan Alternative newspaper in Rogers.

In his letter, Miller said he was simply exercising his freedoms of speech and the press by putting the publication in the yards of some Rogers' residents. He also cited his military experience, stating that he had served in the United States Army where he spent two tours of duty in Viet Nam as a Green Beret.

He then provided his telephone number in Missouri and stated that if Arkansas cops wanted to arrest him for exercising his rights, he would turn himself in.

Normally in this space, you are likely to read about some adventure a Rogers resident has taken part in or a tale about my life. That isn't the case today.

Instead, I'll stand on my soapbox and share a few thoughts about Glenn Miller and the saga he has brought to my new hometown.

He does have the right to say, or publish, just about anything he wants. The Constitution of the United States protects that right by prohibiting our government from restricting those freedoms.

I am not of the impression that Miller has anything to do with the editorial content of The Aryan Alternative. It appears he is simply a paperboy.

But still, those rights still apply to him, as they do to all American citizens. He most likely has violated no laws by his actions.

Miller wrote that his paper is for white folks, and it provides news to white people that papers controlled by Jews refuse to print. He says his paper is pro-white while the other newspapers are anti-white.

You know, these types of arguments have been around for a long time. They arose in Nazi Germany in the 1930s when some very evil people changed the course of history by killing everyone they didn't like. People who shared these types of opinions were also probably popular in South Africa several decades ago.

Kind of sounds like the propaganda uttered by Hitler, Goering and all those henchmen.

However, as repulsive as I find the words these people write, I do say it is protected speech. The First Amendment, the amendment I believe is the most important, grants people who want to preach hate the right to say what they have to say with very few limitations. That amendment grants me the right to say I wish they'd find something real to be concerned about.

For those who don't know, I am white. My ancestors came to this country from Ireland. We are protestants. We are southerners. My family has fought in any number of wars on the side of the United States, beginning with the War Between the States. My father, a career military man, served in the Korean Conflict and in Viet Nam. As a child, I had numerous friends who lost their fathers in that war in Southeast Asia.

I am offended by the words written in publications like The Aryan Alternative. They in no way represent any thought that I have. I don't know anyone who thinks that way. I do believe that we all are created equal. That's what makes this country the great place that it is.

I often find it amazing that guys like Miller love to drape themselves in the Constitution whenever anyone questions their tactics. Miller was quick to say in his letter he has the right to say whatever he wants.

Yet, he and the writers at that paper, has no qualms about wanting to deny others their rights. From his point of view, only people who agree with him are right, and have rights.

He would have us to believe that Jews, people of color, and even whites who disagree with him, are somehow to blame for all of his, and society's problems. It makes sense to him that all of those people have to go.

One of the things I know is true is that we live in a land where the principles of a free marketplace of ideas are in place. That means that the best ideas rise to the top and are embraced by the most people. The worst ideas sink to the bottom where just a few people believe they are the truth.

Look around this country, talk to your neighbors and friends, strike up a conversation at the store -- do you see a whole lot of folks agreeing with the philosophy that guys like Miller are laying out for you? Do you hear conversations that center around the glorification of whites while they denigrate the people of other races?

Of course you don't. That's because most people consider ideas like those as archaic and wrong.

The good news is that our society has moved well past some era when a person is judged by the color of their skin or the god they worship. Instead, we now strive to judge others by the content of their character, and that does make us free at last.

I'm positive the folks who are associated with The Aryan Alternative will find much fault with what I've had to say today. Then again, there is a good chance they won't recognize any truth wrtitten here because they are so blind to anything but what they believe.

Donna Toney, president of the Lewisburg Downtown Business Association, said she saw copies of the tabloid at nearly every downtown business' door on Sunday morning.

"I knew it was something disgusting and I didn't even read it," she said Monday. "I just put it in the trash and didn't even bring it in the store."

The tabloid states that it is published in Kirksville, Mo., by Alex Linder.

Linder operates the Vanguard News Network and founded the White Freedom Party. He is a former member of the West Virginia-based National Alliance, according the Anti-Defamation League.

"This publication isn't anything that anyone would condone," Mayor John Manchester said. "But as ugly as the messages it expresses are, that's what freedom of speech is about."

In regards to your November 4th article "Supremacist paper distributed" it is interesting to note that out of the 4000 newspapers I distributed last Sunday only about a dozen people complained about The Aryan Alternative newspaper. I bet those people didn't even read it before complaining. If they had they would've found out that there is a cover-up of violent Black, Latino and Asian-on-White crimes in the USA. They would've also found out about the predominate Jewish controled press in the USA. If they had gone to our website www.vanguardnewsnetwork.com they would find out about the Jewish involvement in the WTC terrorist attack and why 4000 jews decided not to show up to work that day. We at TAA don't care what those dozen people think either. They don't count. The people who do count are those who have a suspicion about the things that are talked about in TAA but don't have the facts. That's why I'm distributing this paper... to get the facts straight about the Jews in the USA. I plan on distributing at least 7000 TAA's this weekend. We are trying to get the word out about the mainstream newsmedia in the USA and the massive coverup of nonwhite violent crime in the USA. We need money from people who are willing to donate for future projects like a bigger distro drive for future publications of TAA. The more TAA's, the more people notice our efforts and eventually we can evolve into other media... money permiting. Media like radio and television. Copies also were distributed in the Forest Brook subdivision.

Casselberry's handbill ordinance restricts unwanted publications from being delivered door to door, but there is little the city can do with newspapers dropped in driveways, Vernon-Devlin said.

About 600 copies of the same publication were distributed in Maitland and Winter Park in August. Todd Vanbiber, an Orlando man behind a failed 1997 plot to detonate bombs and rob banks around Orlando, took responsibility for them. It was unclear whether he is involved in the latest distribution.

The distributor of a whites-only newspaper will continuing to deliver unsolicited papers to people's doorsteps without interference from law enforcement, barring a city ordinance that restricts the distribution of unwanted publications.

Glenn Miller of Missouri showed up at the Rogers Police Station on Oct. 26 in a dramatic gesture to turn himself in, after police spokesman Cpl. Kelley Cradduck said last week if Miller kept passing out papers he could be arrested for harassment.

Miller came ready to fight, brandishing a newspaper and a highlighted section of the U.S. Constitution, but Police Chief Steve Helms said he'd only be arrested if he trespassed or was giving the incendiary paper to people who said they didn't want it.

"All I'm trying to do is let white people know that they do have the right to speak their minds," Miller said as he handed out a copy of The Aryan Alternative.

The fourth and latest issue blasts Jews, blacks, Hispanics, liberals, the National Football League and the public schools system. Miller said he distributed 700 copies of the newspaper to northwest Arkansas last week and planned to do it again Tuesday. He said he doesn't target specific homes but looks for upscale neighborhoods.

The paper drew multiple complaints last week from homeowners who said they didn't want "trash" in their yards. James Gosserand II, a business owner and member of the Rogers Planning Commission, said Tuesday he'd like to see the city consider legislation to limit the distribution of unwanted literature to people's homes.

Gosserand said the idea has nothing to do with his work as a planning commissioner, but as a private citizen he said something should be done to condemn the paper and speak out against it, even if it turns out that there's no way to stop Miller from delivering it.

"Most intelligent people, most thinking people, most people that believe in God vehemently disagree with this guy," Gosserand said. "I think that it is sad and shocking that in 2005, especially in one of the highest-growth areas in the country, that we have people like this dividing us, spewing hatred. The battle is not between races: It is between good and evil.

The Rogers citizen said he's proud of his own multi-ethnic heritage, and doesn't mind Miller being proud of his heritage, but stressed that having a sense of identity and pride shouldn't lead to hatred of other groups or forcing that hatred onto others through a newspaper.

"I don't want pornography on my doorstep. If someone did that, I'd be offended," Gosserand said. "I feel the same way about this type of material. It's like any other unwanted junk."

City Attorney Ben Lipscomb said there's little the city can do in regulating The Aryan Alternative specifically, besides charge Miller for littering if he distributes a paper to a homeowner who has already specifically said he or she does not want the material.

"As long as he's standing in the public right-of-way and throwing a publication -- and I hesitate to use the word 'publication' because it's crap -- the only statute I can think to charge him on would be the litter statute," Lipscomb said.

However, the attorney added, the Council could pass an ordinance banning the distribution of unsolicited materials, but that ban would include free shopper publications and other unsolicited material.

"The Supreme Court has said you can limit protected speech in 'time, place and manner,'" he said, although content can not be limited.

Mayor Steve Womack said he wouldn't want to regulate the content of a paper, no matter how objectionable. He said limiting unsolicited material could be considered but warned that in general, legislative remedies can sometimes create more problems than they solve.

"Is there a way to make a 'Do Not Call' list for distribution?" he said. "That's something I'd have to talk with my attorney about, but it might be possible.

I just finished a 90 minute taped interview with SMS University senior Melissa Speight for a school paper on "New American Religion". Interview took place in my home, after professor David Embree gave Melissa my phone number.

That young gal was absolutely charming, inquisitive and open-minded, and we had a grand, laid back kinda chat that would have gone on all nite had I not stopped it.

Melissa left with a copy of my book, a TAA, and a stack of other selected WN literature. She promises to spend lots of time on govnn.com and to visit VNNF as well. I'm convinced she will. She'll try and get approval from her professor for me to address her class in near future. To which I'll graciously comply.

We have gotten more bang for the buck media coverage with our modest 4000 total distros then you and Craig have gotten with your combined 10s of thousands distro’ed.

We just want to know if you guys are just going to be a “one-hit wonders” or are you going to take this thing to the next level? O.K. so you hit a grand-slam, and that’s wonderful, but are you in this thing for the long haul? Are you going to let an old man and his little wife pass you by as we dutifully and routinely hit the streets day after day, month after month?

Tonight on WFTV Channel 9 in Orlando there was a report about today's distro. They said that most of the people who got the tabloid threw them away. How would they know that? We delivered 3000. They only interviewed one old couple who were willing to say they didn't like that kind of "lifestyle."

The story is not on google or their website yet but the TV story was on at 11pm.

I am in Florida at this time. I saw that broadcast too. I noted several things.

I noted that the Yates couple were both lily white and living in what appeared to be a safe and decent environment. Hmm....that got me thinking. If the old gal says that what The Aryan Alternative promotes is not her "lifestyle," I'd like to know why she doesn't live in George Washington Carver Homes in Atlanta, Georgia. More than a dozen residents find white supremacist newspapers on their front porches and in their mailboxes. Charlottesville is the third locality where those papers have been anonymously distributed.

The Aryan Alternative is the newspaper that has folks so upset and it targets illegal aliens, black, and Jewish people.

Jesus Cavanaugh is just one member of the Rose Hill neighborhood to wake up and find the 16 page tabloid on his porch.

"They paint as savages Hispanics as carriers of disease; I can't believe there are still people in the world like that," he says.

Mamie Banks found the paper in her mailbox. Among other things, it alleges Mexicans carry diseases, the NFL discriminates against white players, and Jewish people run the nation's education system.

At the community market the publication has been dominating conversation. Charlottesville police tell us there's nothing they can do since no law was broken by disturbing the paper, but the community says it's not something they're going to stand for.

The Aryan Alternative is published by a white supremacist group based out of Missouri.

I want to remind people not to put these things in mailboxes. That is a violation of federal law. There is no need to do that, just throw them on the driveway which is perfectly legal.

Sometimes people lie when they call the reporters to whine about distributions and say they found them in mailboxes. There is nothing we can do about people making up lies. But I just wanted to say one more time, for the record, do not stick TAA into anyone's mailbox.

This point cannot be stressed enough. If our enemies take a TAA from their own or someone else's driveway and put in a mailbox there is nothing we can do except say we did not do it. However, if we get caught putting them in mailboxes, it's the devil to pay for us. So heed this advice please.

After unraveling one and seeing its remarks urging readers to "keep yourself pure, keep yourself white," they quickly realized that it was a white supremacist circulation. These students picked up the rest of the papers to prevent any further dissemination of the propaganda.

The publication, The Aryan Alternative, boasts that 50,000 copies of the issue found have been printed and distributed nationwide on college campuses and in white neighborhoods. Within its pages are claims that the American government is run by a "Big Jew" accompanied by a picture of George Bush wearing a yarmulke.

One article declared that 600,000,000 white males have been murdered by Jews in the twentieth century.

As for the racial commentary, interracial pregnancies are urged to be aborted, blond white women are showcased as being murdered by black males, and the melting pot of American society is claimed to be "genocide by integration."

The editor, Alex Linder, a neo-Nazi ideologue known for his exceptionally vulgar racial cartoons, operates The Vanguard News Network (VNN), the most active white supremacist site on the Internet. It's motto is revealing of its purpose, "No Jews, Just Right." The forum's bigotry extends its cause to include racism, anti-Semiticism, and misogyny. Linder says women should, "make everything happy and smooth running by providing offspring and sex and cookies and iced tea." His message is widespread. The VNN is close to becoming one of the 10,000 most visited sites on the Internet. White males aren't the only ones drumming up support for the white supremacist movement.

Thirteen year-old blonde-haired blue-eyed twins Lamb and Lynx Gaede make up a "defensive racist" pop-music duo Prussian Blue. Newsweek reports that their first album, "Fragment of the Future" has already sold several thousand copies. Good find on that article, SA Mann. By the way, I was in Farmville today touring Longwood House, the birthplace of Joseph Johnston on Johnston's 199th birthday. Members of the local NAACP chapter are hoping to halt distribution of racist publications in Springfield without compromising freedom of speech.
"We don't want to jeopardize freedom of speech," said the Rev. Larry Maddox, the group's president, at its monthly meeting Saturday afternoon. "But we believe it is a targeted hate crime."
