Did anybody watch the World Track and Field Championships last week?
Jeremy Wariner came in first in the 400 meters and Andrew Rock finished
second. Both Wariner and Rock are white. Who says white guys can't
run fast. Wariner's time of 43.93 is the fastest time of the year. He is
only 21 years old and can only get better.

Yep, Wariner kicked ass again.

At the top of the list of young talent is Justin Gatlin and Jeremy Wariner.
The 23-year-old Gatlin joined Maurice Greene as the only sprinter to sweep the 100 and 200 at the worlds, adding those achievements to the 100 gold and 200 bronze he won in Athens. Wariner, with an unparalleled smooth stride, won the 400 gold and anchored the winning 1,600-meter relay team in Helsinki. He won gold in both events in Athens, too. And he's only 21.
Then there's 21-year-old Lauryn Williams, whose exuberance nearly matches her speed. An Olympic silver medalist in Athens, the 5-foot-2 runner won the 100 in Helsinki and anchored the gold medal 400-meter relay team.
Bershawn Jackson, the 400-meter hurdle champion, is 22. World decathlon champion Bryan Clay is 25.
Some of the young Americans didn't win in Helsinki, but were close. They include 20-year-old Sanya Richards, who couldn't quite beat Olympic champion Tonique Williams-Darling in the 400, and 21-year-old Lashinda Demus, second to Russian world record holder Yuliya Pechonkina in the 400 hurdles.

Supposedly Wariner will run the 200 soon, too.

Hey Alex
Maybe you could run a regular article on sports in each TAA. Like, one per issue?
Somebody here thinks they can write a good article on White sprinters, they should "just do it." You can email it to Alex and see what he thinks or just post it here at the forum.
I still think that some of Wolzek's old articles set the bar for excellence where White analysis of specific topics is concerned. His integration of pictures and graphics with captions into the body of his articles was well done. I would like to see more writers integrate appropriate pictures with short explanatory captions into their articles.
Here's one I would like to see:
"Mixed Martial Arts: why do Whites Excel?" by Doppelhaken.

Yep, I ran out of room last time and didn't have a good one handy. Feel free to suggest one, I'm doing 3 right now.

You know I was reading Sports Illustrated yesterday at the gym-- not a publication I ever pick up unless there is no reading material available at all-- but I saw a great picture of a 1500 meter race with six White girls, (four blondes) and three nogesses. A brunette White girl won the race. It was a great photo, a few girls fell down. I should have grabbed it and scanned it for you but I was tired by the time I was done working out and forgot.

And the press will have NOTHING to do with it, lest Whitey gets any Racial PRIDE from seeing and knowing it.

A Russian woman, Tomoshova, won the 1500 meters at the World
Track and Field Championships. Another Russian woman set a world record
in the pole vault.

Russian women seem to dominate the running events in general.
There was a White Aussie who took 3rd in the Men's 5000m. Very tall and lanky. When you see the Kenyans beside him, it is quite comical. If he could lengthen his stride by 1 inch, he'd be untouchable.
