BEER BREAD
:cheers:
Prep time: 10-20 minutes
Baking Time: 1 hour appx.
Yields: 1 Loaf
*3 cups of self rising flour*
~*or*~
*3 cups of All purpose flour + 3 tspn Baking Powder & 1 1/2 tspn Salt*
*12 ounce can of Beer (NO LITE BEERS)*
*1/2 cup of Sugar*
*1/4 cup of Melted Butter*
Preheat oven to 375 degrees ferenheit. Grease a 9x3in loaf pan. Mix all dry ingredients together, add butter, add beer last. MIX WELL . Pour mixture into pan and put into oven. No need to wait for bread to rise. Bake 1 hour or until done.
I am shocked at the amount of people that have never heard of Beer Bread. This is such a quick and easy recipe with few ingredients. You gotta try it !
