Goldstar video (http://www.goldstarvideo.com) rents self defense training videos at reasonable prices. I would recommend the videos by Vladimir Vasilev and a defense called Defendo or the videos on Muay Thai. Stick with something simple and works. The fancy stuff only works on tv.
