An astute observation ?

For 12 ga ammo the only real choices are Rifled Slugs or shot, and Lead or Bismuth shot. For a choked 12 ga, shot is the only way to go. Take out the chokes and use slugs for largeish mammal sized targets.
Small deer such as Muntjac can more effectively be taken with 12 ga slugs than other alternatives such as a rifle with .22 ammo
For anyone who cooks what they shoot, Bismuth coated steel shot is safer than Lead.
Is anyone else out there crazy enough to cast, and reload their own black powder 12 gauge Lead slugs?

Wolf brand ammo has a spiraled 12 ga slug that in unbelievable. Wolf ammo is Russian and very cheap, that would be all I would buy if you didn’t have to order most of it.

You get a small shot sawn off 12 bore, and that is better than a uzi for close combat numbers games.
I 'LIKE' 12 bore shotguns :D Used to own a Mossberg pump action 3" magnums. Bloody Police took my license off me :(

The police are nothing but criminals with badges, guns, billyclubs, uniforms, tech and are sanctioned by the Jewvandal zionist pigs!
If a man or woman cannot freely buy a gun of any kind, without registration, then he does not live in a free country!

here are some interesting 12 ga loads by aguila a mexican company. I have never tested these loads but hear they are reliable. they are extra short and may not work in all types of actions. but you can load up larger numbers of rounds, which may have tactical applications worth considering. shot and slug:
