I'm going to register another domain with my webhost to create a local/regional blog outlining area TNB and promoting pro-white news and values.

Though I am extremely well-versed in technology, OS, and networking, I am a complete tard when it comes to web development (beyond html), php, scripts, etc.

My host provides auto installs of the following packages and I would like to know which one would be the easiest to administer, customize, and use for the site.

I do NOT want to open a messageboard...there are too many excellent ones already, and there's no point wasting energy to reinvent the wheel. Instead, this will be a newsblog type of site.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Here are my choices:

I don't have much to say negetive about Wordpress. I use it on my 'blog, VNN uses it too.

You can make an account on wordpress.com and play around with it. You should be able to do WP's "5-minute install" in about two.

I'd probably pick wordpress out of those, I've used it on and off for a few years and it's fairly straight forward, and adaptable, making it a good choice of software.

You should have absolutely no problems with it at all, but being a popular source of software if you do you should also find more than enough people able to help you with any issues.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had pretty much narrowed it down to WordPress, but I appreciate having my thoughts confirmed.

Also, thanks for the suggestion of Scribefire. I'll look into it.

In my opinion, Subdreamer CMS is by far the best CMS out there but it is not free unless you download it for free.

Subdreamer integrates perfectly with phpbb (uses same database for users and login) so logging inot one will log into the other.

Further, if you throw in a FlashChat, that also integrates seamlessly so by logging into either Subdreamer, phpbb, or flashchat, one would then be logged into all (because they use the same mysql database/table).

Get the Authority Black Book (http://www.jackhumphrey.com/fridaytrafficreport/website-promotion/authority-black-bookget-more-trafficget-the-book/) Jack Humphry.

It's completely free and has a ton of really useful information about how to set up a modern "Web 2.0" style blog site using WordPress. The name of the game is traffic, and if you follow his suggestions you WILL get traffic. You have to sign up for their newsletter to get it, but that's no problem, free is a good price for all the great info. Also be sure to check out his blog. FTR has great info as well.

Also, check out www.copyblogger.com. Another great site on blogs and internet marketing (which is the dicrection WN should come from).

What ever you do, do not use Blogger software from Google, they are censoring content in Europe and even some Americans have trouble accessing it if it has been flagged by our enemies.
