A SECURITY CAMERA at a Malelane petrol-station has recorded a vicious racist assault on January 17 2008 on Ruan de Beer, 22, an Afrikaner motorist, by an off-duty kaffir traffic cop, Enoch Sifuanda. On this video, Sifuanda -- the barefoot-kaffir in a white civilian shirt can be seen next to a petrol pump, using its fuel line to choke the Afrikaner man, dragging, choking and kicking him, while the young man's friend Stefan du Preez, 20, is seen trying frantically to get the fuel-line off his friend's neck. There is no sound. At one point a kaffir fuel-pump attendant also kicked De Beer between the legs while he was being dragged. De Beer said he passed out at one stage, during which he was kicked against the head by Sifuanda. the injury required five stitches at a doctor's surgery afterwards. Strangely, the white victims of this assault were then arrested by the local cops, but NOT this kaffir traffic cop who can be seen assaulting the young Afrikaner and choking him with a fuel-line.

MALELANE. Twenty-two year old Afrikaner Ruan de Beer said he was praying 'forgive me and please let me go to heaven' while he was being strangled by a kaffir traffic cop with a fuel-hose.
"I was convinced that I was being killed,' said the shocked De Beer, who afterwards had a stitched-up wound and several bad bruises on his face and throat from the assault.
During the attack one of the local municipality's traffic cops, Enoc Sifuanda, had beaten and kicked the young Afrikaner man so badly that he required treatment by a doctor. He required five stitches to sew up a wound to his left eyebrow and the choking marks could still be seen when he was interviewed by Beeld newspaper the next day, as his picture shows. The alleged attack occurred at the Malelane Toyota petrol station, while De Beer and his friend Stefan du Preez were putting in petrol close to midnight. Shortly after De Beer had stopped there, the black traffic cop strolled up to his car. This man was dressed in civilian clothing, was barefoot and dressed in a white t-shirt and blue-jeans. He did not identify himself as a traffic-cop. However Sifuanda -- already notorious locally for his alleged assault on a white female motorist passing through the town last year and also charged before that with assaulting a relative -- had arrived there in one of the municipality's official vehicles, eye-witnesses to the Jan 17 2008 assault have told Beeld newspaper. De Beer said that just after he had driven up to the fuel pump, Sifuanda had walked up to him, asking the Afrikaner 'whether he was drunk'.
"I told him I'd been at a braai with friends, had a beer. Then he dragged med down by my pants and said he was arresting me for drunken driving.'
Sifuanda then threw him on the ground, grabbed a fuel line from the petrol-pump nearby and started choking the young white man with it. De Beer's friend meanwhile tried hard to stop Sifuanda from choking him, trying to get the pipe away from his friend's throat.
De Beer said he passed out in one stage and when he came to, Sifuanda was kicking him against the head.A petrolpump-attendant at one point also stood to and kicked the young Afrikaner several times between the legs and a group of kaffirs also started grouping around. In fact it was beginning to look very much like a lynch-party in the making -- but the local police then drove up and ARRESTED THE AFRIKANERS. The entire incident was filmed by the security cameras at the petrol-station. Kaffirs can be seen grouped around, watching. The two young Afrikaner men were undoubtedly saved by the fact the police drove up at that very moment and intervened.
"If the police hadn't arrived, he (Sifuane) would have killed me,' said De Beer.
Strangely the cops then arrested the victims, i.e. De Beer and Du Plessis and threw the two Afrikaners in the police holding cells for a while, but eventually did release them without charges. They did however not arrest Sifuanda. The metropolitan police spokeswoman confirmed that De Beer has laid a formal charge of attempted murder against Sifuanda.
Antjé Nortjé, head of the local metropolitan-police's security services, said 'the matter is being investigated.'
"De Beer was arrested because he resisted arrest,' she also claimed. (Bullshit!)
NOTE: This seems highly unlikely: the young Afrikaner had been so badly dazed and injured after the assault that he required the urgent care of a doctor afterwards. Instead he and his friend were dumped into a police cell...
She also defended Sifuanda's use of an official vehicle while off-duty, claiming that he'd been there 'to fill up the car'.
She didn't say whether the metropolitan police were actually looking for this man, in spite of the taped evidence of assault recorded on the petrol station's security video. Sifuanda's penchant for violence has already gained considerable notoriety in Malelane. In June 2007 he had reportedly assaulted another defenceless motorist, Mrs Lane Braun of Johannesburg, in front of her family when they had stopped in Malelane. He has also been charged with assaulting a family member.
Sifuanda could not be traced for comment by Beeld newspaper yesterday. And it's not known whether the municipal cops are even looking for him. The security camera video recording is over here. (http://www.news24.com/Beeld/Video/0,,3-2082_2254484,00.html)
