As a side note, my gf bought me body weights for Christmas. I love them!!! I can slap 20lbs on my legs, and 12lbs on my hands, it really makes jogging, boxing, or even just yard-work into a great workout. I should have much better speed, power, and endurance after a few weeks with these bad boys. I want the 50lb vest too.
