how to attach mp3s?

How to attach mp3 files? Not links to places where they're already posted, but actually how to get them off one's box onto a message post? Thanks!

Note I have some public domain items, I would never think of violating anybody's rights!

I think for that to be possible Herr Linder would have to increase the attachment limit size from the approximately 40 Kb it is now to something more in the MP3 range of 5 to 8 Mb and would have to add the .mp3 extension to the list of allowable file extensions for attachments.

I don't think it would be a good idea for him to do so, however, due to the potential for abuse, additional bandwidth and disk storage requirements. :(

Isn't VNNF on WR's server? Depending on WR's bandwith and disk space it could be done.
