Where is the most beautiful place in the entire West? The place must be located in a historically-White country. Give URLs of photos if you can [that is much better than posting photos, which makes a thread much harder to read].

I've never been to the land of fruits and nuts, but enjoyed the change of scenery while driving on the old Route 66 where I saw tumbleweed in west Texas, red sand in New Mexico, cactuses in Arizona and deer and snow while driving up the mountain crossing Flagstaff.
I wörked in Mesa for a couple of months and found the original (White) Mesans kind and decent folk. Most anyone coming from the East Coast or the Mid West was a crook

I recommend the Pacific Coast near Big Sur California, possibly exceeded in beauty during the fall in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia along the Cabot Trail where maple trees come from the top of the mountain to damn near right down into the ocean. The Dingle peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland is quite otherworldly, although I felt a certain tragedy in our destiny at the natural starkness of the open green vistas there.
Close to home here in North Carolina I treasure Roan Mountain on the Tennessee border. With grassy balds over 6000 ft and entire hillsides of rhododendron it's a wild place that calls to the animal/romantic side of Aryan folk like no other.

Interesting. I always felt Southern California had a tragic feel to it. Always sunny, like portrait of Dorian Gray. Very sad, just gets older, dustier, but always looks the same. It's hard to say what I mean, but the Midwest has a different feel entirely.

Yeah, the big cities in the Midwest are somehow Muddier, though. The Midwest is not only physically remote. The lack of sea water is, more than likely, the reason for my uniqueness
