Back in 1998 I listened to Don Black and Keslo all the biggies on SF. They said passing out flyers and doing the activities you mention would work. Obviously it didn't work. Nothing legal will be effective. Spend some time and you will come to that same conclusion yourself. I have been there done that. Anyone around for even 5 years will tell you the same. What is needed is drastic action and an organization that is fighting a war. Because it is a war. And we are losing.
