You may try Eastern Europe, I hear that women fall head over heels when it comes to American men. From what I know (lost a girl who ran off with some hippy kwan from Wyoming) they just love American mainstream culture and all it encompasses.

A word of warning they may you as a way of getting into the US so take care, most seem to crave the hedonistic life style like portrayed on television which some way it is been denied to them in the country they reside in.

That is a tip if you decide to attract Eastern European women.
