You know, when I hear about cases like Thexder's I don't even blink because I know that ZOG is a Jewish mafia and would expect them to act according to the Jew's will, "legal", or otherwise. [FUCK YOU BELL!!!] Bell also deleted all of my website with all my 3D art, to which I directed possible graphics houses employers to see my portfolio and Bell also deleted all of my LScript programs, which I also knew for a fact, were used by many LightWave 3D users as I had hundreds of helpful examples and ready to use practical plugins. I was named one of the top 10 (or was it top 5) LScript developers in the world by one magazine. I'd have to do a little digging around to find the name of that Bell asshole who knuckled under to a little Jewish style pressure and pulled the plug on me but... eh, it's not like I didn't have a backup. Arrests raise fears racist group growing

Four london area men -- including a white supremacist -- have been charged after Toronto police found knives, a bow and arrow and a bullet-proof vest in a car heading to a protest. Three of the men are not known to local police or anti-racist activists, raising the possibility the local movement is gathering a new wave of supporters.

One man was found carrying a throwing knife, Toronto police said yesterday.

"You have no need to have throwing knives. And driving in the city with a bow and arrows, that is going to raise our suspicions," said Det. John Ihasz of Toronto Police 23 Division.

As for a bullet-proof vest, "What is your reason for having that? It concerns me," Ihasz said.

The knives "are specifically designed to be thrown," he added.

They don't have a handle, but the blades have bolts on either side to make throwing easier, he said.

All four men are charged with having weapons at a public meeting and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Ihasz said.

One of the four, Thomas Winnicki, 28, of London, was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He was driving the car, Toronto police said.

Winnicki is well known to anti-racism activists.

Four Ontario anti-hate groups publicly called on the province and police last month to investigate Winnicki's Internet postings, calling them racist.

London police have confirmed they are investigating Winnicki for possible hate crimes. Winnicki is also the subject of a Canadian Human Rights Commission complaint.

The other three men charged were Kevin Lovett, 33, Randall Linton, 25, and Jason King, 25, all from the London area, Toronto police said.

Those men are not known to London police, said Const. Jeff Arbing.

"Any of these groups, they are always trying to recruit new members."

Ottawa human rights advocate Richard Warman said he and other anti-racism activists had not heard of the others charged either.

That may be a sign white supremacists groups are growing in the London area, Warman said.

"They could be the second wave."

Or it may be that the other men were simply in the background before, he added.

London is known to have a small but vocal group of white supremacists.

The four men were travelling to a protest at the Metro West detention centre Sunday where holocaust denier and white supremacist leader Ernst Zundel, 64, remains in solitary confinement.

He is being held on a security certificate while the courts determine if he should be deported.

Sunday's protests turned violent when pro-Zundel supporters met counter-demonstrators at a Toronto restaurant.

Toronto police said a number of small brawls terrified staff and patrons.

Commentary: With his increasingly alarmist writing, Randy Richmond is showing his true colours. Always quick to get the take of his favourite anti-racist newsmaker Richard Warman, Richmond neglects to add quotes from a the other side of the political spectrum. If one examines this story, a few questions are raised. First, what is wrong with possessing a bullet proof vest? Is it now a crime in Canada to want to protect one's self from a violent anti-racist mob? (by the way...it was actually a stab-proof vest, not bullet proof). Also, carrying a compound bow in your vehicle is not a crime. What right did the police have to search the vehicle anyways? Plus, throwing knives are not illegal. ("Arrests raise fear racist group is growing" London Free Press, September 16, 2004) During the demonstration, Metro Toronto Police kept a small crowd of Anti-Racist Action demonstrators, carrying a communist East German flag, who had attacked us at a previous protest, some distance away.

Unfortunately, they followed us in a rented school bus, of all things, to Jack Astor's restaurant. Masked, they invaded the family restaurant with sticks. They shouted and began to attack us. There, they then threatened the management, assaulted some of us, and fought with patrons and our people.

Police arrived, restored order and made some arrests.

Somehow, Mr. Richmond doesn't quite capture this reality with his summary: "Sunday's protests turned violent when pro-Zundel supporters met counter-demonstrators at a Toronto restaurant. Toronto police said a number of small brawls terrified staff and patrons."

We weren't "met" in a Toronto restaurant. We and other patrons were assaulted.

It's also disappointing that Mr. Richmond equates defence of free speech and opposition to secret "national security" certificate hearings with "racism."

Oh, by the way. Thanks to Warman, Bell has canceled my email account, which was very important to me at the time since I was trying to sell a piece of software I wrote, a non-linear loop handling multiple undo-redo (if you know what that means) plugin for LightWave 3D, that I in fact knew was used by 3D artists world wide. [FUCK YOU BELL!!!] Bell also deleted all of my website with all my 3D art, to which I directed possible graphics houses employers to see my portfolio and Bell also deleted all of my LScript programs, which I also knew for a fact, were used by many LightWave 3D users as I had hundreds of helpful examples and ready to use practical plugins. I was named one of the top 10 (or was it top 5) LScript developers in the world by one magazine. I'd have to do a little digging around to find the name of that Bell asshole who knuckled under to a little Jewish style pressure and pulled the plug on me but... eh, it's not like I didn't have a backup. Do you know how upset I'd get if I didn't have a backup and you destroyed 5 years of my work?

Hate Complaint Against London Man Referred to Tribunal

The Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) has referred two hate propaganda complaints for hearing to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. The complaints were filed by Ottawa lawyer Richard Warman against London-resident Tomasz Winnicki.

The original complaint filed in September of 2003 concerned hate propaganda attacking the Christian, Jewish, black, and homosexual communities posted by Winnicki onto his Mom's personal Bell Sympatico website, the website forum of London-based group the Northern Alliance, and onto US neo-Nazi forum VNN.

Retaliating against individuals who have filed human rights complaints constitutes a separate offence under the Canadian Human Rights Act. The CHRC also referred a subsequent retaliation complaint against Winnicki to the Tribunal for hearing after he posted material on the Internet attacking Warman for having filed his original complaint.

If the complaints are upheld, Winnicki may face a permanent cease and desist order enforceable by contempt of court proceedings, and/or fines and damages. Tribunal hearing dates are anticipated in late spring or early summer.

I once got locked up in Canada for a few days. I wont get into too much detail for obvious reasons. I got hauled off, after a surprise visit to my car which had the key in the ignition, as I was sleeping after a night of partying. There was a 6-pack with an open bottle in there, in the vehicle. They immediately handcuffed me and took me to the precint and tried to get a breathylizer test and a blood test which I unconditionally refused both, for fear of getting popped for a moving vehicle violation, true to my distrustful nature.
My mistrust was proven reliable when I was thrown into the cooler which is a cage with a concrete slab and an air conditioner blowing cold air into the cell. By the way, Canada did sign the Geneva Convention and other protocols. Didn’t they? Since it was summer, I had only shorts on, thus requested my t-shirt and perhaps something additional. They unconditionally refused until the preliminary trial came up and they gave me my t-shirt again, because of repect for the presiding judge who was female.
Before the hearing, the district attourney read me the arresting officer’s trumped-up statement claiming that I was resisting arrest in a violent manner and was uncouth towards the officers at every step of the process.
At the hearing, I denied everything and explained the reason for my unwillingness to cooperate with the tests. I was to be released on bail. Since I didn’t have this amount of money, at the time of arrest, I was chained at the ankle with other prisoners and taken to the county jail. I was told that I would be kept there until my trial date the following year, if I didn’t come up with bail 1st. After a few days, I got the impression that they weren’t bluffing, thus had the time and place for me. So, I made that phone call and got someone to bail me out.
What I heard from others, in the cell, confirmed the impression I got. All along, I had once thought Canada was a civilized country, until I scratched the surface. The only reason they’re crime rate is lower than ours is probably due to the Draconian sentencing for breaking laws that were founded as a Victorian commonwealth country. If you get caught at the border smuggling drugs, you got 10 years time in the US and double that in Canada.
I’ve heard about being in the wrong place at the wrong time in Amerikwa, but these humbugs usually happened to Yankees wandering around in the deep South. I was surprised to see that English speaking Canada was also a rotten-to-the-core banana republic.
It’s no wonder that Quebec wants to separate.
I get the impression that Canadians are pretty much left alone if they stay indoors, keep their mouths shut and give half their paychecks away to support a parallel Mud family while trying to afford their own.
