Student slapped in the face during "Hit a Jew Day" at MO High School

KSDK -- Some students face possible disciplinary action, including possible suspension, following a school prank that ended with one child being slapped in the face.

It happened Monday at Parkway West Middle School. Some kids called it 'Hit a Jew' Day. At least three children received minor injuries during the incident, all of whom were Jewish. Two were tapped on the shoulder or arm, but one child was slapped in the face.

School principal Linda Lelonek said it started last week. The sixth graders decided to have a 'Hug a Friend' day. Then it was 'High-Five Day,' but teachers did not know what was going on until several kids were hit.

Lelonek called a school assembly Tuesday morning to talk about religious diversity and inappropriate behavior. And school officials promised there would be consequences for those responsible.

Educators said they do not believe the incident was done with hatred or prejudice.

There are fewer than 30 Jewish students at Parkway West Middle School, which has an enrollment of 850 students.

Those were some mighty big "taps" on the arm to cause minor injury.

It was probably black kids, if it was white kids, Chertoff would have ordered SWAT teamsto surround the school right now. Riffs between Jews and blacks are played down, they keep it in the family.

If you'd like to tell them what you think - Keep it simple and direct and let them know that:

"No American should be required to visit a Holocaust Museum. This event happened in Europe and millions of American GIs died serving in Europe and the jews never once said "Thanks" for freeing them from camps nor have they ever said "Thanks" for the 100's of Billions of dollars Israel has received from American Taxpayers!"

Let them know you don't support their agenda or their school. That this was a prank and the only thing injured was the jew's agenda and their arrogance!"
