The Lisbon Referendum can be challenged and made invalid due to the meaningless use of the Irish language, supposedly the first official language of this state.
The word 'ta' does not mean 'yes', as every schoolchild knows. Ta means there is or there are. And 'nil' does not mean 'no', it means there is not or there are not.
That politicians and members of this Government cannot even use two words of Irish correctly, is astounding.
