I think what is going on in this picture is yes, he is standing outside of his house. ZOG and the bankers/corporations have created an economy where his wife is forced to work. A generation ago his father was able to afford raising a family on a single income, but the Jew inspired feminist movement allowed ZOG to double the workforce for the same price as what his father made. Still only one family to take care of, but 2 people working to do it.
He thinks he only needs to hire someone to do the things mom would be doing if she wasn’t out working. What he really needs to do is start a revolution.
