I looked it up because it seemed high but they may be referring to the nation's third largest city and a major port, Malmo where the population is 30% foreign-born.
Going in order from highest to lowest they are:
Iraq, Denmark, Yugoslavia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lebanaon, Iran, Turkey, Hungary, Romania
This is according to the wiki entry for Malmo.
Looks like arabs, gypsies and jews. Its possible those form the slavic regions and eastern Europe are White but I doubt it. The Swedes anyway should be kept as Swedish as possible and have a say in who is allowed into their country. So this action of repopulating the large cities with nonwhites is genocidal.
