You must be young. Too young to hear the stories I heard from my father, mother and grandparents all my life--stories of the great depression. What will the fat pinky-ring wearing little men do with all these empty houses? They will buy them for dimes on the dollar, pennies on the dollar. If they like them, they will keep them, if not they will replace them with whatever makes them more money. Just as they did in the 1930s.
