You will have new worries, but if you know how to manage money, yes, you are home free. Most people who play lotteries aren't very smart, since the odds are poor. When they win big money, they don't know how to manage it. So they end up losing it. If your natural disposition is to spend, and you don't know how to manage money properly, it's likely that no amount of money will be enough. The size of a sieve doesnt matter, it still holds the same amount of water - none.
