I found this, as a surface scratcher. Lizard face Jose Manuel Barroso said in a speech, over the weekend, that a referendum over the treaty of Lisbon is not in the best interest of the constituents. I don't remember how he said it. It was translated to German. But, how they translated it reflected an attitude of utmost arrogance on Barroso's part. This for starters.
