Uh yeah right there was an influx of Jews to the USSR not vice versa.
The only reason Germany wanted to surrender to the USA wasn't because they were nicer but because they hoped for conditional surrender, after the war people in Berlin were starved and 2 million Germans perished in American concentration camps.
