There are.
It seems already forgotten that OpenDNS blocked the Daily Stormer, which means that even if the DS gets a new domain that doesn't get taken down 2% of the Internet won't be able to connect to it because OpenDNS will block it, and I wouldn't be surprised if Google and other big companies follow suit, especially if there is no backlash.
So just getting a domain registrar is probably not going to do the trick.
