Lateral raises lots and lots of them with light weight (5 lbs). I have used them to bring my shoulders back from the dead before....Once the strength starts to come back do shoulder press 21's with some gay ass weight for a few weeks. Before you know it your back to training again. The bench will hurt your shoulders bad for a long time. Stick with light fly motions for the chest and do them until extreme burn and failure. and of course...There is always legs to train. My fucking elbow is in so much pain right now I wonder if I will be able to keep up my pace.
