Santa Ana is pretty much the most corrupt city in Orange County with heavy "Mexican Mafia" activity. If this guy starts getting attention for being a racist gringo, they'll probably have to "pc" him.
Also, remember this is where the AB trial took place. The guy pretty much picked the worst fucking city to do this in.
