And turned it into yet another religion in both instances.
Cosmotheism is heavily influenced by Panentheism. Klassen was an Atheist but disliked the word, the 'negative connotation' associated.
I understand what Klassen is saying but I don't dislike the word. Atheos = No god(s).
Not a darn thing wrong with that when the Greeks coined the term, nor is there now.
Codes to live by, just fine, as the Ancient Egyptians and Greeks had such of course. But the enlightenment gave us philosophy, where people started to remove the fluff of 'souls' and 'great punishments' and 'rituals' from their narrative.
Became smarter, in other words. Evolved.
