The enemy propagandists overlook the obvious in their wall of sound presentation. The most prominent lynchers were educated professional men some with public positions of authority. They obviously saw no shame and had no fear of reprisal in obtaining justice for Mary. These men could have had cameras banned or tasked some backwoods men to carry out the task but they self evidently chose to do it publicly themselves. The argument that the bantu did the deed is childish nonsense in that time and place the bantu would have been on the next branch to Frank if there had been any evidence to link him to the violation and murder. The bantu was obviously interrogated off the record and in private by representatives of the lynch team and that interrogation would have been thorough and detailed. The fact that the bantu lived on until he died in that locale without any subsequent penalty shows beyond doubt that whatever he was he was not an accomplice or an enabler of Franks dastardly deed.
Finally the fact that Franks own wife who lived on long after his death left instructions not to be buried next to him is the clincher for me.
