Scott Horton, again, not-the-sharpest-interviewer, who can't quite articulate what he believes happened at the Murrah Building other than "I believe the J.D. Cash version."

Col. Charles previously explained "monitoring" as a counter-espionage tactic, monitored Cash, ended-up with Cash's materials, and has yet to publish a book. And, of course, Charles apparently always "sold" his "journalism" to the mainstream media. Was Charles doing the monitoring?
