Actually, as a tax deduction dollar (Storm Dollar), it reduces the tax damage resulting from the point of a gun. If you are taxed $10,000, and you have 10,000 Storm Dollars, your taxes are zero. That's if it becomes law.

Any government will have to find a way to pay for security. One way is to have leases on commercial land of some percent to have a tax free city.

With 80 million unemployed or so, there's enough potential volunteers and workers to win the next presidential election. I don't think any presidential candidate has offered a huge tax deduction yet. Nothing radical to roll out of bed for.
