I can't imagine how he could honestly believe that the only differences between the races is skin color. Maybe most parroting idiots really believe it, but someone with a background in science surely knows it isn't true. He has to have been consciously lying when he said that. I'm not sure if he's written anything that would contradict what he said there. I know in the Evolution vs. Creationist Ken Ham debates he touched on how "race is insignificant" too.
