Tonight I just learned that Fields originally had a different Defense Attorney, but for some reason that attorney was replaced with Denise Lunsford, and I'd be interested in finding out how irregular this is, and what justifications there were to the move. Also I wonder if the Judge's refusal to move the trial out of the Charlottesville area might be grounds for a retrial. All of these things are happening now, behind the scenes (appeals, etc...), and without the transcripts of the trial, and a record of the motions made, etc... it's all being done outside white awareness.
