There are rural areas all over America that are basically 100% White, non-existent crime rate, and very cheap cost of living.
Another thing I'm curious about if the ones pushing the Northwest Migration the hardest have any direct financial motivations for this? Etc, they own a ton of land/property in the area.

Remember Robert Frenz of FAEM. I believe it was he who said that if Whites managed to build a homeland in the NW or anywhere, the Kwa would simply nuke it. I think he was accurate and I believe he was not joking.
