And what precisely are these sons and daughters of Africa missing from their classrooms? Do they not have books? Maybe pens, paper? Of course they have these things. Anyone who has attended school with blacks knows that they do not want to learn and make it a point to disrupt the class whenever they can. The only way they will behave is to allow the teachers to savagely beat them to keep them in line.
Spending money on state-of-the-art schools and computers will result in wretched buildings and empty computer labs.
