jewsign Rabbis Jumped Ship

Brooklyn Rabbis with diminishing congregations abandoned their synagogues and fled to Los Angles at the start of the Yiddish panic. Petach Tikvah Rabbi Block on Rochester Avenue told the Yids not to flee and he was the first one to jump ship. Rabbi Adams of Lincoln Place packed his family in their car and all died in an auto crash on the way to California.
The 50-60s Pogrom started on New Lots Ave and worked its way North. Thousands of black youngsters in small wolf packs demanded handbags, wallets, and watches from Yids of all ages and genders. There was no protection because the Irish Catholic police laughed at the plight of the Christ Killers.
