EBT's are one of the reason that food prices are going up. There is no downward pressure for these people with EBT cards to find the lowest price. They get it all for free, so they won't look for the lowest price. This causes prices to go up, because there is no incentive for stores to keep their prices low, no matter what, they'll be able to sell the items. It's basic economics, and it's screwing over the working man.
