Just realized something this brings to mind--I think Chris Farley was funny as hell, but notice that he is one of the only non-Jewy cast members, and his whole act was a sweating, out of control White guy. This is okay in comedy, as self deprecating humor has it's place in comedy: but this is not too different from the whole of TV, in denigrating the blonde White guy.
...Then that brings to mind Victoria Jackson, the blonde White woman who sounded like a caricature of Betty Boop and delivered the lines as though she'd had two lobotomies. Was sort of funny, tho.
