In regards to Pastrami's Threat:
Ever hear that making a threat over wire across state lines is ILLEGAL? http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/373.html Title 18 Sec. 373. US Code - Solicitation to commit a crime of violence (a) Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for not more than twenty years. (b) It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution under this section that, under circumstances manifesting a voluntary and complete renunciation of his criminal intent, the defendant prevented the commission of the crime solicited. A renunciation is not ''voluntary and complete'' if it is motivated in whole or in part by a decision to postpone the commission of the crime until another time or to substitute another victim or another but similar objective. If the defendant raises the affirmative defense at trial, the defendant has the burden of proving the defense by a preponderance of the evidence. (c) It is not a defense to a prosecution under this section that the person solicited could not be convicted of the crime because he lacked the state of mind required for its commission, because he was incompetent or irresponsible, or because he is immune from prosecution or is not subject to prosecution or Sec. 875. - Interstate communications http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/875.html (a) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any demand or request for a ransom or reward for the release of any kidnapped person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. (b) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person, firm, association, or corporation, any money or other thing of value, transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both. (c) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. (d) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person, firm, association, or corporation, any money or other thing of value, transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to injure the property or reputation of the addressee or of another or the reputation of a deceased person or any threat to accuse the addressee or any other person of a crime, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both _______________________________________________________ A responsible WN would be much smarter than that. YES! They (the FBI) do monitor these boards! If you are SMART you would RETRACT ALL your foolish statements NOW! THIS IS NOT A FUCKING GAME FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree making a illegal threats on the internet is dangerous, ESPECIALLY on a board like this, which is watched by the "governement".

I know, I reported Pastrami's stupid-ass post to the administration the moment I read it.
I don't think you should be reprinting it here, either, MacDonald. I'd suggest you edit it out of your post. Last edited by PROG; December 14th, 2003 at 12:19 AM. |

That may or may not be, schwartz, but if they're to be taken at their word, both of those dumbbells have called federal agents on one another, and it's not worth the risk to get involved in whatever it is they're playing at.

I should have made it more clear that I meant Bill White and RevPatrick are the dumbbells who are calling in the Secret Service on one another over a threat made at White's site, overthrow.com. It's a serious felony what was done, and both guys are out of the minds to even joke around with something like that.
