Abyss?

Not just the turning of the color
I contend
But the spurning of the culture
Will portend
An end
Promises us the Nadir
Of humanity
If we
the Noble of the Species
Disregard the laws of phylogeny
Permit racial felo-de-se.
The temper of the lesser races
I perceive
Is simply too ill-suited
I do believe
To primitive, too dissoluted
Tho’ they would usurp our places
Were we abluted
Civil order looted
Mere base and brutal tumult would replace us:
Strife, anarchy, entropy, and chaos.
From such morass Inchoate,
Who could know next what would evolute?
Or would Homo Sapiens simply devolute,
Into the Abyss?
