Supervision of Brčko District "should end"

Source: Tanjug

BRČKO -- Serb Republic (RS) Prime Minister Aleksandar Džombić says the RS believes the requirements to end international supervision in the Brčko District had been met.

The district was established 12 years ago today.

Džombić stated he did not agree with some of the politicians at the ceremony who wished the supervision would continue.

"The RS will not give up on the Brčko District, because it has its international legal jurisdiction that it performs inside the district," Džombić told the SRNA news agency.

The district belongs to both entities post-Dayton Peace Accords entities - the Serb Republic, and the Muslim-Croat Federation (FBiH).

The Brčko District was established on March 8, 2000, a year after international arbitration, when it was decided the district should be monitored by an international supervisor.

After the Dayton Agreement, which ended the Bosnian war in 1995, the Brčko area was a point of dispute between the entities.

The RS has never officially accepted the arbitration, because it felt the district's creation violated the basic concept of the Dayton Agreement, which defined Bosnia-Herzegovina as a country with two entities with 49 percent of the territory belonging to the RS, while the remaining 51 percent belonged to the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

A commemoration was held at the local cemetery in Grbavica, a part of Brčko, for 13 locals who were tortured and killed in Boderište, south of Brčko, 19 years ago by the Croat and Muslim forces.

No one has yet answered for the crime, nor has there been any investigation launched into it, according to reports.

A good man who fought ZOG and the fundamentalist muslims in Bosnia. No doubt aware of his Serb heritage he saved thousands of Serbian civilians and fought together with the Bosnian Serb Army against NATO backed Izetbegovic forces and their mujahideen. He was also on good terms with Croatia.
The Amerikwans destroyed him and his autonomous province of West Bosnia in 1995.

Ex-Bosnian region leader released from prison

Source: B92, Tanjug

PULA, SARAJEVO -- Former Bosnian businessman and politician Fikret Abdić was released from prison in Pula, Croatia, and welcomed by several thousand of his supporters.

Fikret Abdić

Abdić, who was put on trial in Croatia and found guilty of committing war crimes during the 1992-95 war in Bosnia, told the gathered citizens that he would soon return to the Bosnian town of Velika Kladuša.

He told his supporters that he would fight to renew the pre-war Agrokomerc company he used to run, adding that foreign investors were welcome.

“I will not return to Kladuša today because I have to take care of my papers and I call on all of you to go home,” he told the gathered supporters.

Abdić was released from prison this morning after serving two thirds of his 15-year-long sentence for war crimes.

The authorities have announced that there are no obstacles that could prevent him from being involved in the politics in the future, as long as it did not violate rules of his parole.

Abdić, himself a Muslim (Bosniak), was an Agrokomerc director for a long period of time and he founded the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia in 1993.

In 2003 a Croatian court sentenced him to 20 years in prison for war crimes committed in Cazinska Krajina during conflicts with Muslim-dominated Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

His sentence was reduced to 15 years in prison in 2005.

More than 3,000 supporters from various parts of Bosnia-Herzegovina and other European countries arrived in 40 busses and numerous cars to greet him in front of the prison in Pula.

His supporters put up Abdić’s photos on buses and some even wore T-shirts with his pictures.

While the supporters gave Abdić (nicknamed Babo) a warm welcome, former members of Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s 5th Corps stated that they would not allow him to “start undermining Bosnia-Herzegovina again”.

They believe Abdić is a “traitor, a tool in the hands of Slobodan Milošević and Radovan Karadžić, whose policy in Cazinska Krajina led to grave crimes and bloody divisions”.

Quote:
The Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia (Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian: Autonomna Pokrajina Zapadna Bosna, Аутономна Покрајина Западна Босна) was a small unrecognized entity in the northwest of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It consisted of the town of Velika Kladuša and a few nearby villages, and existed between 1993 and 1995 as a result of secessionist politics by Fikret Abdić against the Bosnian central government during the Bosnian War. The capital of Western Bosnia was Velika Kladuša (located in the territory of present day Una-Sana Canton).
Quote:
The Autonomous Province cooperated with Serbia as well as Croatia against Bosnian government in the light of Karađorđevo agreement meant to redistribute Bosnia and Herzegovina between Croatia and Serbia. Fikret Abdić's role in undermining the Bosnian government was awarded by Croatian regime as well as Serbian. His company was granted free-custom trade zone in Croatian port of Rijeka, and free trade with Serbian-controlled territories. The territory of Western Bosnia was seized by the Bosnian government troops in 1994, but they were expelled later that year with the significant help of Serbs, and the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia was re-established

Turkey "interferes in Bosnia’s internal affairs"

Source: Tanjug

BANJA LUKA -- Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik says Friday's talks of Turkish and Bosnian FM were an interference in the internal issues of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Bosnia-Herzegovina Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdžija and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu discussed elections in Mostar and Srebrenica and Bosnia-Herzegovina’s membership in international institutions.

When it comes to Bosnia-Herzegovina's membership in NATO, Dodik said that the RS would decide on the issue in a referendum.

He noted that Davutoglu was willing to talk exclusively about Bosniak or Muslim interests.

“If I went to Turkey and talked about the Kurds and their problems in Turkey and demanded that their election procedures be changed, it would be the same,” Dodik told reporters in Banja Luka.

“The fact that Turkey thinks it is good for Bosnia-Herzegovina to be a member of NATO is the opinion of that country, but it must heed the positions in Bosnia-Herzegovina, including the RS,” the RS president pointed out.

Turkey has shown that it is ready to support only what Bosniaks want, not the authentic position of BiH, he said.

Dodik said that in joining NATO, one should also bear in mind Serbia's position on this issue.

“Membership in NATO brings certain benefits, but the Serbs were bombed, in some places with depleted uranium, which demonstrated the attitude of member countries of NATO towards the Serbs in this region,” he explained.

Serb victims from Srebrenica region remembered

Source: Beta, Tanjug

SREBRENICA -- Seven recently identified Bosnian Serb soldiers, killed on July 12, 1992 in the village of Zalazje near Srebrenica, have been laid to rest today.

This coincided with memorial services dedicated to 69 Serbs murdered and 22 imprisoned on that day in the same area.

A total of ten bodies were exhumed in 2010 when a Bosnia-Herzegovina Institute for Missing Persons was looking for the remains of Bosniaks (Muslims), to come across a mass grave of Serb victims, which, said reports, "were recognized by the insignia on their uniforms".

On Thursday, the 20th anniversary of the killing of Serb civilians and soldiers in the Srebrenica region is being marked.

Liturgies were served, and flowers and wreathes placed on memorials dedicated to the victims.

On July 12 1992, Bosnian Muslim forces led by Naser Orić raided several villages in the Srebrenica and Bratunac area, as Orthodox Serbs were marking the Feast of St. Paul and Peter.

69 Serb civilians and fighters were killed that day, while 22 were taken prisoner. Ten of those were recently identified when their remains were discovered.

Families seek explanation

The ten victims whose bodies were exhumed on June 10, 2010, were laid to rest today - seven at the Military Cemetery in Bratunac, one in the family graveyard in Zajazje where he was captured 20 years ago while defending his village and family, while two victims were buried in Serbia, where their families live today.

Their families, however, accuse the Identification Center in Tuzla of foul play: that this institution removed some parts of the skeletons in order to hide the nature of the crime committed against the Serb prisoners, Srna news agency is reporting..

Staka Cvjetanović, the widow of Ivan Cvjetanović, told journalists that she believes broken bones were removed at the Center in order to hide the fact that the prisoners were beaten and then massacred.

"We learned from our Bosniak neighbors who spent the war in Srebrenica that the prisoners were tortured inside and in front of the police station in Srebrenica, and were then, beaten and mutilated like that, taken to Zalajze, where their throats were cut, they were killed in a vicious manner,"
she told RTRS.

Cvjetanović also pointed out that broken bones were separated from the skeletons although they were complete at the time of the exhumation.

Slađana Jeremić, the daughter of murdered Nedeljko Gligić, says the families were receiving anonymous phone calls and information from Tuzla, related to the identification process:

"For that reason we demanded that the identification be done in the Serb Republic, which took place on March 7 this year after much obstruction and many problems, when the skeletons were transported to the Miljevići Memorial in East Sarajevo."

She also claims that one member of the Bosnian Institute for Missing Persons who was present during the exhumation told the families that at that point, the remains were complete. However, they were later receiving information from Tuzla the identification of separate bones, which prompted them to become suspicious.

When they asked for information that would clarify this situation, no answer was given either by the Tuzla, or the Bosnia-Herzegovina prosecution.

Jeremić also noted that some bones went missing at a later date, although complete skeletons were taken to Tuzla.

She explained that the left forearm and several ribs were missing from her father's remains, while four others were missing whole spines and some other bones.

The families are exhausted after several years of uncertainty and efforts to find out the truth about the manner in which their loved ones were executed, Jeremić underlined.

There is no problem when victims are Serbs, no CNN or BBC to run pictures of grieving Serbs like they do with muslims.

There are so many photos of massacred Serb civilians yet there are none of massacred muslim civilians, even the muslim soldiers who were killed were not massacred. How does the jew media explain that? They don't.

Even in Serbia, since NATO puppets took over the country in 2000, images like the above of slaughtered Serbs, or Serbian grieving, are banned from 'Serbian' television, while the very same television bombards the sheep with lies about Serbian genocidal maniacs killing innocent muslims, all in an attempt to make NATO's aggression appear legitimate in the eyes of the very people that NATO attacked.

“Dayton Accords should be scrapped” I agree, Dayton gave you muzzies way too much

Source: Večernje novosti

BELGRADE -- Islamic Community in Bosnia-Herzegovina Chief Mufti Mustafa Cerić said during his visit to the U.S. that the Dayton Accords should be scrapped.

Cerić openly spoke of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s internal and foreign political goals.

“Bosniak people muslim scum survived committed genocide and the Dayton Constitution, which has elements of apartheid and discrimination, was imposed on them,” he stressed. It was imposed on Serbs as the territory of Republika Srpska was rolled back from historic land ownership of 70% of pre war Bosnia to under 48%, which is not even sovereign but under NATO control.

The mufti noted that “Bosniaks’ political thoughts are trapped in the vortex of inter-party conflicts, corruption and poverty”. Typical muslims

“All this is a reality that Bosniaks live in but on the other hand, Bosniaks today have the best opportunity to freely and decisively, with their own mind, without orders from Belgrade, Vienna, Istanbul, think about their own priorities, make a plan and start realizing it,” he explained. Istanbul is their home as this very leader has stated on numerous occasions, he also stated that bosnian muslims should consider themselves turks.

The Republic of Srpska (RS) politicians say this is a continuation of Cerić’s radical policy whose main goal is to annul the Dayton Accords and abolish the RS. This guy is so extreme that even a few liberal RS politicians {Serbian traitors} are scared of coming under direct islamic law.

Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) MP Staša Košarac told Belgrade-based daily Večernje novosti that an “unseen level of hatred toward Serbs and the RS” was visible in every Cerić’s statement. So what is new? They call for genocide, attack rob rape and burn Serbian flags in muslim part of Bosnia during protests all the time. The only logical solution is separation from these animals but that can't happen because the US and EU will never allow it.

“We clearly see that Bosniak religious-political leadership is calling for destabilization of the country and a state of emergency with such radical statements in order to open up a possibility for an international intervention they always follow this successful recipe, internationalize so that an outside force can come in and lay a smack down on the Serbs and change the country’s Dayton Constitution. Dayton prevented their military defeat and still they are not happy, they want all of Bosnia exclusively for muslims and no one else, Serbs and Croats be damned. Cerić and his political followers in Sarajevo are destroying Bosnia,” Košarac pointed out. Bosnia is a fake artificial state being held together artificially by the globalist mafia known as the international community, so there is nothing to destroy.

Democratic People's Alliance (DNS) MP Petar Kunić claims that attacks on the country’s Dayton structure are dangerous. The bosnian muslims wouldn't be making these noises without political cover from Washington Ankara and their other supporters

“Bosnia-Herzegovina basically can only survive on Dayton principles. The Dayton Accords is a guarantee of its survival and every violation of its Constitution could radicalize and destabilize the political situation in the country,” he concluded.
We need radicalization, but of Serbs, enough is enough!

Without the US/EU/NATO/ZOG this is how it would have been, although I would have also given the green muslim parts to Croatia, in a swap for the northern Posavina area. Bihac pocket in the far west already relies on Croatia for everything.

Karajordjevo agreement 1991

In 1991, Croatian president Franjo Tuđman and Serbian president Slobodan Milošević had a series of discussions which became known as the Karađorđevo agreement or, less commonly, the Karađorđevo meeting. These discussions commenced as early as March, 1991. They involved the redistribution of territories in the ex-Yugoslav republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina[note 1] between Croatia and Serbia, in the way that territories with either Croatian or Serbian majority (or plurality) would be annexed liberated from Tito's post WW2 communist imposed artificial republic borders, which the so called anti communist West recognized and bombed Serbs over. This meeting did not include the third and the largest ethnic group in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Bosniaks. muslims who wanted maximum unrealistic 'solution,' meaning all of bosnia for them.

Amerikwan backed shitskin mujahadeen murdering Serbs in their own homes during Bosnian war of the 90s. No jew media hysteria like with Srebrenica hoax, no jew media in the west even reporting these types of stories, even though there are literally thousands of similar stories. No hollywood films from Serb hater Angelina Jolie, nothing, just more baseless accusations of 'Serb criminality and genocide' against 'poor innocent muslims'. No one prosecuted because after all the victims are only Serbs.

I will always blame the jew for this stuff, not the muslims who are simply animals acting on instinct.

SARAJEVO - The remains of one of the first casualties of mujahadin war crimes in Bosnia, Mirjana Dragicevic girl - who 20 years ago was first raped and then killed - were buried in the cemetery today in Sokolac.
From the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Srpska indicate that, despite the evidence, no war crime Mujahideen has yet been processed by the State Prosecution and the BiH authorities to deport Mujahideen mainly in Afro-Asian countries, although some are suspected of crimes.

Local clergy served a memorial service in the church of St. Petka in Sokolac Soldiers' Memorial Cemetery "Little Zejtinlik".

Rada Dragicevic, mother of murdered girl, told reporters that after 20 years her daughter's remains were transferred from Ilijas to Sokolac and the funeral is on Serbian land.

President coordination families of captured and killed soldiers and civilians missing Sarajevo-Romanija region Simanić said that for the crime against Mirjana Dragicevic no one was held responsible, just like for other crimes against Serbs.

Court and Prosecution of Bosnia should not exist, said SIMANIC and asked why Serb taxes continue its funding if 18 years of still waiting to find out who raped and killed little Mirjana.

Mirjana, who when she was killed in the village of Lower Bioča December 1992. was nine years old, was buried in a nearby Ilijas, but at the request of her mother - who was a key witness to crimes - her remains today were transferred to Sokolac.

Mother, Rada Dragicevic, told investigators that her house, where she lived with her mother, aunt and two minor children, that morning - 28 December 1992 - was invaded by three Mujahideen.

Daughter was immediately separated to the adjacent room, where she was gang-raped and then killed by gunshots. Rada seriously wounded, shot in the stomach, and her juvenile son survived hidden under the bed.

"... On the evening of 27th December 1992. year we lay down to sleep. Everything was normal. However, in the morning before dawn, around 7:30 am, shots were heard. Mother woke me up to see what was going on. I thought it was ours, but it was not. They were Muslims, who broke the defense line and entered our village ... I was left with two children in the room. My son stayed in the room, and I and daughter we went to the outlet. Three Mujahideen were already at the door. She was shooting. I heard my mother and aunt to moan from the back yard. The three men entered the house and took my daughter's hand. Two were black, and the third was a white man. Blacks had a bandage over his head. Shots were heard grenades and shouting Mujahideen. I did not understand anything. My daughter was in a red track suit. I was dressed. The sweat was wide. Daughter were captured and separated from me, she was screaming and crying. I could not help her. She called, "Mom, mom." I could not help her. They were holding me and forced me to watch it all. When she was first raped, she was conscious. When she was raped by two of them already, lost consciousness and did not more senses. neither cried, nor moved., she just laid on the floor. When it was finished, the first shot at it, and in me, "he told the unhappy mother, and transferred the voice of the public.

According to the police report, by the Center for Public Safety East Sarajevo prosecutor's office filed the 2005th year, members of the 2nd Battalion of the Seventh Muslim Brigade at dawn stormed the village of Donja Bioča where they killed three civilians, including a nine-year Mirjana. Dodik says Bosnia-Herzegovina "makes him sick"

Source: Večernji list

ZAGREB -- Bosnia is causing "a sensation of nausea" in RS President Milorad Dodik, according to an interview with him published by the Croatian daily Večernji List.

According to the newspaper, the leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Serb Republic (RS), also said that he in fact "does not live in Bosnia".

"I live in the Serb Republic," he was quoted as saying, and adding:

"Sarajevo is today an ethnically cleansed town, there are neither Serbs nor Croats there. (Muslim) Reis (Mustafa) Cerić - who is leaving that office and is politically engaged to a high degree, producing jitters, objected when (SPC) Bishop Grigorije said precisely that. They won't even allow Santa Claus in kindergartens there, and they claim that Croats and Serbs are welcome."

Dodik advised Croats in Bosnia "not to accept any rearrangement" of the entity they share with Bosnia's Muslims - the Federation - unless it was to form a separate Croat entity. Otherwise, he stated, "they were set to waste 20 years".

"Bosnia-Herzegovina as a state has a future only in case a third, Croat entity is set up, so there is the Serb Republic, Herzeg-Bosnia, and Bosnia, so that only foreign policy, foreign security and foreign trade decisions are made on the state-level," suggested Dodik.

"Right now in Bosnia-Herzegovina an international experiment is ongoing where Serbs and Croats have been disciplined, while Bosniaks (Muslims) have been allowed leeway, and a pathological situation has been created," the RS leader noted, and concluded:

"That has convinced Bosniaks that they are the victim and that they are entitled to more than the other two peoples.

RS leader: Bosnia should break up

Source: B92

BELGRADE -- Bosnia-Herzegovina is a country put together through a peace agreement NATO dictate/ultimatum that was forcefully implemented without the consent of "both sides", says Milorad Dodik.

"This cannot endure," the leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia, the Serb Republic (RS), told B92 on Monday.

The post 1992-95 war Bosnia was organized into its Serb, and Muslim-Croat Federation (FBiH) entities, via the Dayton peace accords.

But the RS leader believes that the country still exists today "only because there is the international community".

Dodik advocates a break-up of Bosnia-Herzegovina, "so that we can all, in a way, get some rest", and adds that the changes to the Dayton accords "took 53 jurisdictions away from the RS, accumulated a large administration, and unified the military through deception."

"I do no wish to see the RS live a fallacy like Bosnia-Herzegovina, because that is a whim of those who wish to impose the Dayton Agreement," Dodik was stated, and specified that he would not have any objections to the peace deal had it been maintained in its original form.

A recent European Commission noted that the RS had "developed capacities", said Dodik, and added that "nobody is asking why the Federation does not".

"Serbs like the RS more than the Federation, while those who survived the war terror in Sarajevo, now look to move out of the city." most already have, there are almost no Serbs left in the western media's 'multi-ethnic' Sarajevo

"I do not think that Bosniaks (Muslims) are bad people, I have a problem with their policy that wishes to dominate, to outvote, to introduce Turkey as the dominant political force in Bosnia-Herzegovina that will determine measures and conditions for our further path," he stated.

Commenting on war-time political and military leaders of Serbs in Bosnia, Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić, who are now on trial for war crimes in the Hague Tribunal, Dodik said:

"Those are people I know from a previous life. My principle is that they are not guilty until found guilty. They had an important contribution to the creation of the RS. Their responsibility for breaking the law is their own, not that of the RS." what law did they break?

He added that the Hague cases "are putting neither the RS nor Bosnia-Herzegovina on trial", bullshit! putting the RS and Serbian people on trial is why NATO nations created the Hague kangaroo 'court' while the rulings "can only have speculative outcomes".

"Such as the attempt to impose a genocide in Srebrenica, they made the decision, but I think it was a politically motivated decision," Dodik stated, and reiterated his stance that the crime in Srebrenica did not amount to genocide. there was no crime in the muslim military base of Srebrenica, unless we count the numerous crimes against Serbian civilians in the area from 1992-95

He also announced that he would soon meet with Biljana Plavšić.

Speaking about the recent local elections, Dodik conceded that his SNSD party was disappointed at losing many mayoral posts, but that they saw it "more as a warning than a debacle":

"On the level of (the number of) councilors, we are still the dominant party."

Dodik also announced internal party elections in the coming period, as well as its "consolidation, and analysis of its performance".

Clinton says EU/NATO entry way to stability in Bosnia

* US secretary of state lashes out at Bosnian Serb leaders

* Says Bosnia’s territorial integrity not debatable

SARAJEVO: US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday said that Bosnia’s entry into the European Union and NATO would be the best way to ensure lasting stability for the war-scarred Balkans nation.

“We believe that joining the European Union and NATO offers this country the best path to lasting stability and prosperity,” Clinton said after meeting Bosnia’s three presidents at the start of her five-nation Balkans tour.

She also lashed out at Bosnian Serb leaders who have repeatedly threatened to break away, saying Bosnia’s territorial integrity was not debatable. but Serbia's is

“It is totally unacceptable that 17 years after the war ended, some still question Bosnia and Herzegovina’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” everyone knows that Bosnia is a fake nation she said at a joint press briefing in Sarajevo with EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton. “The Dayton Accords must be respected and preserved- period,” she added. The US-brokered peace deal dictate imposed by NATO bombers which ended the 1992-95 war between Bosnia’s Muslims, Serbs and Croats divides the country into two semi-autonomous entities — the Serbs’ Republika Srpska and the Muslim-Croat Federation.

The statelets each have their own government and are linked only by a weak central administration. Seventeen years after the end of the devastating 1992-95 war, Bosnia is more divided than ever. The Serbs have fiercely opposed calls for central institutions to be strengthened and have repeatedly warned that their entity could break away and negotiate EU entry separately.

Sarajevo lags behind its neighbours in their progress towards joining the EU as it is the only Balkans country that has yet to apply for EU membership. “I urge all of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s leaders to find common ground and act in the interests of the people. what people? the interests of Serbs Croats and muslims are not the same Key reforms more centralization and elimination of what little Serbian autonomy still exists have not yet been made,” Clinton said. “As we know well in the United States, political compromise is rarely easy, but it is necessary.”

After Bosnia, Clinton and Ashton will travel to Belgrade later Tuesday to meet President Tomislav Nikolic and Prime Minister Ivica Dacic to press Serbia to recognize the illegal muslim narco state restart the EU-brokered dialogue with Kosovo. Serbia rejects Kosovo’s unilateral 2008 proclamation of independence, which is recognised by some 90 states including 22 of the EU’s 27 members and the United States. Talks between Belgrade and Pristina, launched in March 2011 under EU auspices, were suspended before May polls in Serbia, won by nationalists. how come we never hear in the ZOG media of shiptar nationalists? The word nationalist is always only put next to Serb

However, Dacic met his Kosovo counterpart muslim terrorist/NATO lackey Hashim Thaci two weeks ago in Brussels, signalling a new phase. Serbia is an EU candidate, and Kosovo hopes to formalise ties, but the bloc has made clear to both that they must restart talks and show concrete results. Serbian analysts said the visit at this time was a way to step up pressure on Belgrade and Pristina to implement agreements already concluded in the talks earlier on freedom of movement for shiptars to go into remaining Serb areas in order to ethnically cleanse them and border management.

Clinton last visited Bosnia, as well as Serbia and Kosovo — which emerged out of the 1990s collapse of the former Yugoslavia — in 2010. After her stop in Belgrade Clinton travels on to Pristina where she will meet Kosovo Albanian leaders Wednesday during the day. The secretary of state will end her tour in Croatia and Albania, which joined the NATO transatlantic military alliance in 2009. Of the six ex-Yugoslav nations, only Slovenia has so far joined the European Union in 2004, while Croatia is due to become a member in July. afp

It just doesn't get more perverse than this. Local muslims and their foreign mujahideen allies, apart from beheadings, also used mass rape as a weapon of war against Bosnian Serb women, then the so called 'international community' simply inverts the truth and accuses the Serbs of doing it to muslims. Of course it is all part of the long running global media political and psychological pressure on the Republika Srpska, with the final goal being its abolishment and a final stage of ethnic cleansing of all non muslims from Bosnia. Just another case of how globalists {leftists and neocons} will always side with muslims and other destructive foreign elements against European christians.

AI accuses Bosnian Serbs of ignoring cases of wartime rape

SARAJEVO, Oct 31 (Hina) - Global human rights watchdog Amnesty International (AI) has accused the Bosnian Serb authorities of deliberately ignoring the problem of women raped during the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in an attempt to downplay the extent of crimes committed and to avoid paying reparations to the victims.
AI's director for Europe and Central Asia, John Dalhuisen, met with the authorities of Republika Srpska, the Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Banja Luka on Wednesday to present them with a report warning about the rights of numerous victims of wartime rape being ignored by Republika Srpska.

"The silence surrounding the war-time rape of women in Republika Srpska, an internationally recognized crime under international law, is deafening. Both the authorities and the media are ignoring the suffering of part of the population", Dalhuisen was quoted by AI as saying.

He said that it was high time, almost 20 years after the end of the war, that those responsible were brought to justice and the victims were helped to cope with the physical, emotional and social consequences of the violence they had been subjected to.

"Justice for survivors requires both the prosecution of perpetrators and the acknowledgement of – and resolve to redress – the continuing consequences of their abuse. The Republika Srpska authorities must move to meet these needs and work on de-stigmatizing war-time rape, so that survivors can be given the opportunity to speak out", Dalhuisen said.

Although AI has documented numerous cases of wartime rape in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republika Srpska authorities have never made a meaningful attempt to collect data on this population, to understand and quantify their problems, or to develop policies that would address their specific needs nor have they tried to stimulate public discussion and break the silence surrounding the crimes committed against these women during the war, the organisation said in a statement.

"The authorities of Republika Srpska must for a start recognize, loud and clear, that rape and other forms of sexual violence were committed during the war. This will help create an atmosphere where public debate on this issue will thrive and survivors will feel confident to come forward, tell their stories and demand justice," Dalhuisen said.

AI recalled that thousands of women had been raped during the Bosnian war
and only about 40 perpetrators had been prosecuted to date.

Same old story of blaming Serbs for hopeless situation in artificial communist Islamic NATO construct of Bosnia

EU says Bosnian Serbs seek to undermine peace deal

Tue, 13 Nov 2012 19:50 GMT

* Bosnia Serb leader: "I hope to God" Bosnia dissolves

* Russia says EU envoy's report is "alarmist"

* Germany says EU report is "grim," welcomes progress

By Louis Charbonneau

UNITED NATIONS, Nov 13 (Reuters) - The European Union's top official in Bosnia slammed the leaders of the country's autonomous Serb Republic on Tuesday, saying they were seeking to undermine a peace agreement that has held the war-scarred former Yugoslav republic together since 1995.

The remarks from Valentin Inzko, the EU High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, to the U.N. Security Council elicited an angry response from Russian U.N. Ambassador Vitaly Churkin, who said Bosnian Muslims - Bosniaks - were to blame for an escalation of tensions in the divided Balkan state.

"Republika Srpska authorities continue to pursue a policy that is, as the president of the Republika Srpska has frequently expressed in public, aimed at rolling back previously agreed steps that have been taken to implement the (Dayton) Peace Agreement," Inzko told the 15-nation Security Council.

"The most recent and troubling of these is an initiative sent by the president to the Republika Srpska National Assembly attempting to create conditions that would unilaterally force the dissolution of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina," Inzko said.

Bosnia has been governed along ethnic lines since the 1992-95 war, which killed an estimated 100,000 people and split it into two autonomous regions ruled by a weak central government in accordance with the 1995 Dayton peace deal.

An inconclusive election in 2010 led to more than a year of political paralysis as rival Serb, Croat and Bosniak leaders bickered over how to form a national government.

The impasse was broken at the end of 2011 and a government was elected in February this year, but divisions resurfaced over the budget.

HOPES FOR DISSOLUTION OF BOSNIA

In a 27-page report to the Security Council, Inzko was more specific about his concerns about the Bosnian Serbs. He quoted the president of the autonomous Serb Republic, Milorad Dodik, whom he described as "the most frequent, although certainly not the sole, proponent of (Bosnian) state dissolution."

"Bosnia and Herzegovina is a rotten State that does not deserve to exist," Inzko cited Dodik as saying.

"Bosnia and Herzegovina constantly confirms its inability to exist," Inzko continued. "Bosnia and Herzegovina is definitely falling apart and it will happen sooner or later. As far as I am concerned, I hope to God it dissolves as soon as possible."

Inzko said that Dodik's remarks should not be ignored.

"It would be a mistake to dismiss these words as empty or election-driven rhetoric," Inzko said, adding that the situation was serious enough to warrant "the particular attention" of the Security Council.

Churkin, who was former Russian President Boris Yeltsin's special envoy to Yugoslavia during the war in Bosnia, criticized Inzko's report and defended the Bosnian Serbs.

"Sadly (Inzko's) report to the Security Council is again written in alarmist tones and is critical of the Bosnian Serb leadership," he said.

"To create a more balanced impression of the processes going on, we recommend that he familiarize himself with the eighth report of the (Serb Republic) to the Security Council, in which the dedication of the Bosnian Serbs to international law and the Dayton Accords is clear," Churkin said.

"Russia supports the territorial integrity of Bosnia Herzegovina and is keen (to support) the sustainability and normal functioning of its institutions," he added.

Churkin acknowledged that there has been a deterioration of the situation in Bosnia over the last six months, though he said it was due to a worsening relationship between the two leading Bosniak parties, not the Serbs.

He added that one should not "overdramatize" the situation and called for abolishing the Office of the High Representative and transferring authority to the Bosnians themselves. Churkin also defended Dodik, saying he was seeking compromises.

Russia was the Bosnian Serbs' strongest advocate during the war and has remained a staunch ally of the Republic of Serbia, with its capital in Belgrade, since Yugoslavia's breakup.

German Ambassador Peter Wittig described Inzko's briefing as "a relatively grim analysis of the state of (Bosnian) reforms."

However, Wittig also welcomed "important signs of progress, particularly at the beginning of this year, such as the establishment of a new state-level government, agreement on a national budget and new laws on state aid and a census." (Editing by Gary Hill)

Screw your bullshit 'special realations,' the people want unification with Serbia, or at the very least independence from muslim/NATO fake state of Bosnia.

If shiptar invaders, who are not autochthonous, and were not a founding constitutive nation of Yugoslavia, but rather a national minority encouraged by the commies to settle southern Serbian lands post 1945, were allowed to violently secede from Serbia why are Serbs {or Croats for that matter} not allowed to peacefully secede from artificial frankenstein 'state' of Bosnia?

Serbia-RS special relations to be made concrete

BANJA LUKA - The Podrinje project makes the special relations between Serbia and Republika Srpska (RS) concrete, while a plan for the realization of projects has been drawn up for the next five years, ministers Verica Kalanovic and Zeljka Cvijanovic said Friday.

The Podrinje program, which encompasses cooperation in seven areas - infrastructure, agriculture, tourism, energy, support to small and medium-sized businesses, health care and culture, should keep going for a long time, as long as the needs of the people in 25 towns on both sides of the border dictate, they said.

Kalanovic, Serbia's minister of regional development and local self-government, said the infrastructure priorities were strengthening ties by building a bridge connecting Ljubovija and Bratunac, reconstructing the Bajina Basta-Skelani bridge, and rehabilitating local and regional infrastructure. The plan also includes support to organic food producers, designing a joint tourism offer, such as Mokra gora and Andric grad, and medical tourism, she added.

She also pointed to the importance of cooperation in the energy sector through support projects for small and medium-sized businesses, and cooperation in culture and healthcare.

Cvijanovic, the RS minister of economic relations and regional cooperation, said there was already cooperation in infrastructure, energy sector, on the construction of Andric grad, but the goal was to increase the number of projects. Our goal is to expand our existing cooperation with other smaller projects which will improve the quality of life, she said.

The two ministries will helm the program aimed at improving the quality of life of 1.3 million people in Podrinje, i.e. 13 municipalities in Serbia and 12 in RS. Two chambers of commerce from RS and three regional chambers from Serbia will be involved in the realization of projects.

The protocol for cooperation on the Podrinje program was signed after a joint session of the two governments in Banja Luka on October 2 last year.

Anyone who merely served in the BSA can expect to be arrested at any time, even if they were just a cook or doctor and not involved in actual combat, all while muslim killers walk around freely, basking in their Western designated role of 'Victims'.

Suljagic in the U.S. Congress: Republika Srpska biggest threat to stability in the Balkans

WASHINGTON - Emir Suljagic, coordinator of the Civic Coalition "First March" in Washington yesterday said that unilateral breach of Dayton by current Serbian authorities in the Republic is currently the biggest challenge to stability in the Balkans, he said in a statement from the coalition.

This assessment Suljagić presented during the lecture, which was in the Congress of the United States held on the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

"Republic of Serbian authorities are particularly concerned to prevent the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to enjoy the right to freedom of movement and choice of residence, which are guaranteed by the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Annex 7 of the Dayton Agreement," were his words. what muslims want, and they have the support of the West, is to be able to flood the Serbian Republic in order to change the ethnic makeup, which would then lead to its abolishment

Suljagic had a series of meetings with representatives of the White House, State Department and non-governmental sectors in the United States. During these meetings, representatives of the U.S. administration have reiterated their strong support for the Dayton Accords, with special emphasis on the implementation of Annex 7 and protecting the rights of returnees and their families. only if they are non Serbs.

Suljagić briefed his interlocutors on the results of his visit to BiH. diaspora in the United States muslim Bosnians and the future plans of the Civic Coalition "First March," the statement said.
