Simon Langton Grammar School accused of ‘legitimising fascism’ in seminars debating Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf

A Kent grammar school has been accused of “legitimising fascism” after it revealed plans for seminars where sixth form students can debate Adolf Hitler’s autobiography Mein Kampf.

Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys outlined proposals for an “unsafe space” in a letter to parents back in September but specific details were only revealed to pupils this week.

The scheme, which the popular Canterbury selective describes as “the antidote to political correctness”, was slammed by pupils on social media, with one claiming it was “legitimising fascism”.
