I'm envisioning a biblical plague of lice and fire, called down by God to punish the Jewish sinners. Sounds kind of awesome, like a big miracle. Fuck math, it was the will of God! Repent!

Remember, they had been through "the holocaust of WWI" which was a reference to the young soldiers killed in battle.

As I wrote before
Quote:
... "holocaust" was a much more common word back then, before the jew trade-marked it. It meant "A sacrifice to a god that is completely burned to ashes." (wiktionary). Taking that meaning, it's not even a bad thing, and if you believe in god, a holocaust would be a good thing.

There's a line from a 1940 movie which uses "holocaust" as a metaphor, and there's no doubt that it's a good thing. In The Philadelphia Story (1940, directed by a jew but written and acted by Gentiles), James Stewart says to Katharine Hepburn, "You're wonderful. There's a magnificence in you, Tracy. A magnificence that comes out of your eyes, in your voice, in the way you stand there, in the way you walk. You're lit from within, Tracy. You've got fires banked down in you, hearth-fires and holocausts." (source). This was meant as a compliment, which shows how much the word has changed since the jew got hold of it.
wiktionary says use of the word holocaust to depict Jewish suffering under the Nazis dates back to 1942, according to the OED.

Robert Faurisson explains that one of the lies was that jews were thrown alive into fire pits (a lie they dropped long ago), and this lie is the origin of this use of the word "holocaust".

The modern meaning of "Holocaust" wouldn't get into dictionaries until several decades after the war. But the meaning of "holocaust" for massacre or something like that was already known long, long before WWII.

The ancient burnt offering meaning would be known to educated Christians and they could figure out the poetic use of the word when they came across it.
