INDIANAPOLIS — Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle’s wife Katie announced Wednesday that would be seeking a divorce.

This news comes after Fogle agreed to plead guilty to engaging in sex acts with minors and receiving child pornography, federal prosecutors said.

Katie Fogle released the following statement from Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP attorney James Reed:

“Obviously, I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the recent developments involving Jared. I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter. I appreciate respect for my family’s privacy during this difficult time.”

Millions of adults are fucking 16 year old fully developed gals. Unless the age of consent is lowered they are subject to blackmail. Forced fucking any gal is a crime. But if a 21 guy and 16 year old gal decides to do the nasty, a SWAT team can break down the door and photograph them both for evidence. And what if they lie about their age which has happened before?

Yes, a developed 16 yr and a 21 yr old should not be prosecuted imo. Many 16 yr olds these days look like 20 year olds developed. What about in the 1800s when white women married young at 16 or so? Society didn't really have a problem with that then.

How much of an effect could that have had on white birthrates since it's frowned upon for white women even in their early 20s to get married or have children?
