Southern Nationalist stickers has Richmond in uproar
http://www.richmond.com/news/local/m...a384e7aca.html
Two observations I have made here: 1. City officials have called this vandalism. If that is the case, then good. The appearance of these stickers makes up a little bit for the countless times the Confederate Monuments in Richmond and other cities across the South have been vandalized. I expect the Monuments will be vandalized again soon with the arrival of these stickers. I hold my breath awaiting Richmond city officials to take precautions against that. 2. Richmond, and almost every city over 100,000 today, has a huge issue with people placing all kinds of stickers and advertisements on street signs and utility poles. It is amazing that these stickers, which from a distance actually look quite plain and something similar to what a locality would use to codify street signs, were singled out for removal. I do believe some SJWs who are butthurt over Trump's win are on full blown red alert for anything they consider racist. |
