I don’t think paleconservatives have any answers, to be frank. The underlying view of their leaders, granted, possibly one they adopt out of fear of the jews denying them whatever crumbs they enjoy, seems to be that with enough Christianity and welfare-state tinkering we can turn the average black into something worth living next door to. History emphatically rebuts that conceit. Conservatism either starts with race or it is nothing; nothing but empty flag-waving of the Fox fools and whining for lower taxes. There’s a fascinating world out there that is going entirely uncovered by even the paleo coservatives. There is proof, for example, that White men came to the Americas first. Imagine what could be done with that fact in the hands of men bent on making changes. But all I see from conervatives is defensiveness, crabbedness, eternal rearguard actions, whining - losing. I think paleoconservatives really believe: to win is to sin, to make a phrase of it. http://www.chroniclesmagazine.org/?p=555#comment-119276 |
