Rudy Marques is the asshole that keeps withholding Matt Hale’s mail. I’m in the process of writing an article about this little tyrant. Also, perhaps Marques would like a peaceful protest outside his home in Pueblo, Colorado.

P.S. Legal mail is, of course, a clearly established constitutional right. See Simkins v. Bruce, 406 F. 3d 1239 (10th Circuit.2005).
