For me it doesnt really have to be democracy but a moderate kind of government, not something very radical, and germans were always moderate ppl in their history just from 1933-45 they became radical

Same with all Europeans. Does it surprise anyone that only in a 'democracy' does a single negro infect 40+ Polish women with AIDS? Maybe puritan democracy, but I doubt the bra-burners and gypsy-fag brigade members like AG here would find that too accommodating.
